Luke helped us plan an amazing family trip to Thailand through National Geographic Tours. He met with us, to find the best tour that worked with our travel wants and needs. He found us a tour that took us through an extensive tour of Southern Thailand. He was always available and ready to help through emails, as well as easily available to meet in person for paperwork/printables/etc. He was a great help in organizing all the parts and paperwork that came with our tour and the extra add-ons we included. This was a family trip that I organized, with help from Luke. He booked all flights for our family, travelling in two groups of four, plus a baby, one week apart. He also booked all the hotel rooms for us at three destinations. He requested a baby crib at two of them which were there on arrival. This was a large undertaking and it was a relief to me to have Luke handle the bookings, which he did efficiently and professionally. It was a pleasure working and planning with him. I also experienced a last minute change of plan for myself, where I extended my stay and requested a change of date for myself for my return flight. A quick email to Luke and he took care of it immediately.

Luke did a great job providing us with options for our family cruise. Our request was to go on cruise ship that was family and children friendly, and had stops at ports that had some very nice beaches in the timeframe we were looking at taking this vacation.
Once we selected the cruise line, Luke took care of the booking and having all our cabins on the same deck and beside each other.
He kept us updated when payments were due and if any changes occurred. It gave great comfort having Luke manage this for us.
