Kate Aufiero was so easy to work with - listened to the type of trip we wanted, had lots of suggestions on what to do and the best time to do it. Her response time for any questions that came up was wonderful, with answers, links, videos, etc. Her attention to detail was terrific, nothing too small for her to take care of, or ask about. I would use her again, and recommend her highly.

The last time I went to Disney was with my kids. This time it was with our grandkids. Obviously things have changed and Kate was fantastic, walking us through the Disney App , helping us get reservations for dinner and assuring us entry into rides with the lightening pass. I could go on but Kate made this experience easier and it resulted in a lot more fun for all!!! As a grandparent I had plenty of questions and she always had an answer for me
