Cruise, Disney and Vacation Specialist

If you are looking for a travel agent who truly listens and delivers, look no further than Char! She was instrumental in planning our dream honeymoon to Japan (Tokyo and Kyoto), and we couldn't be more grateful for her expertise. ?From the very start, Char was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Japan can be overwhelming to plan, but she navigated it all with ease. What we appreciated most was how she took our feedback and our 'non-negotiables' and truly made magic happen. She didn't just give us a cookie-cutter trip; she built an experience that felt uniquely us. ?A few reasons why Char is the best in the business: • ?Speed & Efficiency: We gave her a very limited time frame to pull this together, and she didn't miss a beat. She secured our airfare and coordinated all our hotel bookings in record time. ?• Curated Recommendations: Beyond just the logistics, she helped recommend amazing activities that really rounded out our itinerary. • ?The Honeymoon Touch: Char went the extra mile by contacting our hotels ahead of time to set up special accommodations for our honeymoon and birthday celebrations. Walking into our rooms and feeling that 'extra' bit of magic was all thanks to her behind-the-scenes work. ?Char made us feel supported every step of the way. If you want a stress-free, expertly planned vacation, you need Char in your corner. We can’t wait to work with her again on our next adventure!

It was an amazing trip and the booking was easy an not stressful like most I’ve done this lady was amazing an made my trip relaxed

I don't think there are enough words to express how much my husband and I enjoyed our mini-moon in NOLA! With Char's help, we stayed at a beautiful hotel, had the most amazing couples massage, and went on so many fun excursions. I've been to NOLA many times before but this time was different and so special, thanks to Char's expertise. My husband and I will remember this trip for years to come. We can't wait for our big honeymoon trip. We know it'll be amazing with Char's magic. She goes above and beyond and truly cares for clients.

From the first conversation to the wrap of the trip, Charnae was amazing. I’ll start at the end because we just got home within the last few days but I really value that even on our last day of our trip she reached out to us to let us know she’d check into our flights for us because I didn’t initially know if we’d be in an area with WiFi for me to do that. Then because of the weather one of our family members had a lot of issues getting back home but she rescheduled out to Charnae and she helped solve everything for her. Overall I loved the check ins and reminders the entire process. I set up a family meeting a couple weeks before the cruise and she hopped on to help answer any last minute questions that anyone had. That was great because she didn’t have to take the time out of her personal time to do that. Being that this was not only a trip to celebrate my one year of marriage but my first real vacation and my first time on a boat and on a cruise the entire experience was great from start to finish. Only issue which wasn’t her fault was the hotel we chose to stay in the only night we were in Miami and we explained our issues to Charnae and she made sure to leave that review to the hotel. I’m making sure to tell anyone that I know that plans to travel to book through her especially if it’s a cruise. Can’t wait air to plan my next one with her!

We would highly recommend CharNae for your travel needs. She was quick to respond and made our trip to Texas so seamless with booking all are accommodations including transportation! I felt like I could actually enjoy the planning instead of being overwhelmed by it. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. I’ll definitely be using her services again and recommending her to anyone planning a trip!

I absolutely loved everything about the resort, the area, and even the services that Char picked out. She was very informative and helpful with any issues we had, even at the airport!! She is definitely the best and very trustworthy. Very satisfied with everything!

I highly recommend Charnae for all your booking needs! We used her services for the Carnival, 7-day Mexican Rivera Cruise. Charnae was very attentive to our needs and had knowledge of each floor of the ship. She gave the pros and cons for each floor we asked about, she understood the boarding process and regulations, and even linked our reservation with friends who had booked months earlier. Charnae sends reminders and responds quickly to any inquiry. She also knows a lot about the excursions and special packages. There's no question that went unanswered! Charnae is a GREAT agent and we had a wonderful/ flawless, trip; I can't wait to use her services again - I've already recommended her to family and friends.
