She is insightful, organized, and went above and beyond when a health issue arose during our trip. We could not have planned such an amazing trip without her! The Trip Plans app was incredibly valuable, and Amber did an excellent job inputting all our itinerary details—tickets, excursions, time stamps—so everything was easy to access in one place. This became especially helpful when we needed to file a travel insurance claim, which Amber facilitated and made much smoother than we could have imagined. We will be using Amber for all of our travel needs going forward!
