Ashley made our Disney vacation an amazing smooth experience! Ashley knew every in & out there was for planning our first visit to Disney! We were able to enjoy the excitement while she handled all of the little details for us. She was able to answer every single question we had & checked in with us regularly. We already want to plan another trip, & she is for sure our go to girl from now on!

Ashley was amazing to work with!! She customized our Disney vacation and worked with us every step of the way- even checking in with us while we were there. We were extremely overwhelmed and frustrated with planning our trip when we found Ashley. None of the rooms we wanted were available but she found us something even better than we expected. She listened to our goals and truly created the perfect vacation customized for us. She made many phone calls to ensure we got what we wanted and met with us to plan our park days thoughtfully. I consider myself to be a great planner/ researcher but HOLY COW!! Without Ashley our trip would not have been as incredible as it was and I am so thankful for her! She was so accommodating during the planning process, she was more than happy to work around my crazy night shift schedule and nap times. Her recommendations and help throughout every aspect of our trip ( including but not limited to troubleshooting things multiple times during our actual stay and even making phone calls to help us) was invaluable! Traveling with a toddler can be stressful but knowing we had Ashley one call or text away was such an asset, she was not only happy to help but also would remind me to take a deep breath and just enjoy our trip ??This was my husband and daughters first trip to disney and mine as an adult and it was easily the most incredible trip any of us have ever been on! Being this was our first cruise we had so many questions. Ashley was so patient, explained all the questions / concerns we had from before booking to after booking. She even kept in contact while we were on the cruise after she heard my boyfriend had an incident and needed to be taken to the cruise medical center. Her offer of help continued even after we got home to help with the travel insurance we purchased if needed.

Christmas 2024 was spent at Disney World with our 2 children and both sets of Grandparents! We approached Ashley about booking in October 2024. For those who book Disney, you know that families plan many months, if not years, in advance for what is often times a "trip of a lifetime". Ashley was eager and willing to accept the challenge of booking our Disney trip last minute during the busiest week of the whole year. From the time you have your first meeting with Ashley, it is clear that she LOVES what she does!!!! Her enthusiasm for travel is bar none! And her organizational skills made planning a Disney trip a breeze! Disney is a big, magical place that can quickly become overwhelming, but Ashley's knowledge of Disney is unmatched. She is a woman of her word. She will schedule several meetings with you to ensure that the trip she is planning for your family meets all of your wants and needs.
