Amsterdam, Germany, Rhine River Cruise!! Was beyond my expectations. Sheri helped from the dreaming of the trip all the way through every detail to making it happen. There was never the slightest glitch. The hotels, cruise line, sightseeing recommendations were on point. Plus tips on what to pack that really helped. Sheri brings her A-Game. We have been working with Sheri for a couple of years now and have nothing but praise and gratitude for the help and advice she has offered. My husband became ill and we had to postpone our trip. Sheri stepped in and made the changes necessary to get our trip reorganized at a later date. When the time came for our trip several months later, I had a health scare and needed to cancel the first portion of the trip within days of the start. Sheri contacted the airlines and quickly found us a different flight as well as canceling our hotel and tours that had been scheduled. She took a huge load off of our minds by handling all of the details in a timely and efficient manner. While we were on the trip, we learned that our flight home was in jeopardy because of a strike at the airport. I contacted Sheri and once again she stepped in calling the airline and cruise line to make sure we had another flight. We watched as numerous people left the ship and were stranded at the airport while we sat and waited for our flight. Sheri has been a great help to us and we will continue to use her expertise in the future. We heartily recommend her!

We went to Costa Rica for the first time in 2025, and Sheri put together a wonderful package of lodging, transportation, and excursions with all the details necessary for an exceptional trip! Sheri Koch has planned four trips so far for us and all of them have been amazing! She listens to us and is able to make suggestions when we're not exactly sure what it is we want. She aligns our travel with airlines if needed and arranges transportation between the airport and hotel/resort.
