It was amazing , and everything went very smoothly. Tonya was excellent giving us all the information in detail and where to go. When we are ready for another vacation we will definitely go with Tonya again!

From day 1 Tonya was amazing, she knew how hesitant I was to take on a Disney trip with my twins, but she made it low stress, easy breezy. I can’t say enough about working with Tonya to plan our family vacation. We had 8 people going on vacation, how she managed to keep everything in order considering she had multiple people with different wants/needs was nothing short of amazing. We weren’t thrilled with the flights we had and asked if she could check into changing them (which is no easy task for 8 people) and she immediately looked into and got our flights changed. We asked so many questions from flights to the resort itself and she always had the answers. She is definitely one of the most professional agents I have ever worked with.
