We have to give kudos to Ashley for coordinating our amazing trip. We asked her to plan an all-inclusive vacation for us, including airfare, to Cancun. Two of us are from Pennsylvania, two from Florida, two from Utah, six from Idaho, and four from Oklahoma. She suggested going to the Grand Palladium in Riviera Maya. We checked it out online and all felt that it was a perfect place to go. They offered so much for kids AND adults, we had access to three resorts, and it was very affordable. Since she booked all of us at the same time, she was able to get us a nice discount. Ashley recommended that we get insurance. We are glad that she did. We originally had 17 family members scheduled, but one of them was unable to get off work, so it paid off to have the insurance. In addition, having insurance gave us peace of mind knowing that if anything went wrong, we were covered. Ashley provided us with an app so that we could all easily stay updated on our short flight delays, our daily itineraries, etc. We have learned that it makes sense to use a travel agent, especially when you have a large group. She was able to coordinate it that we all arrived at approximately the same time and that we all left at approximately the same time. We would not hesitate to recommend Ashley to anyone. She gets back to you quickly and is very knowledgeable and kind.

I highly recommend using Ashley with Airplanes and Adventures Travel to plan your Disney stay. I came to her with basic ideas and a request for a Disney vacation for our family of 6 (four kids 10 and under) and she helped bring the reality to life!! Months before we could even book the trip she made sure to ask all of our wants and needs, and with our budget in mind she came back with different packages to choose from. She offered expert planning services—including info on dining reservations, ticket, resort, magic bands, Disney Experience App questions and itinerary guidance—all while tracking new discounts to save us $$ anywhere she could!! When I came to her a month before our Disney trip to extend our stay, she researched and found us a beautiful family suite at a hotel just minutes from the Disney parks as such an affordable price. Ashley was always an email or message away when I had last minute questions. Allowed me to take over my daily planning and dinner reservations but was just a message away with answers to all my questions. I appreciated her managing payment deadlines and notified us of important booking windows. 10/10 will book with Ashley again! Disney was a wonderful experience for our family, and we owe so much of that to Ashley’s guidance, we’ll be back!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time in St. Lucia. It was so easy working with Ashley. She promptly got back to us every time and thoroughly answered our questions. She also sent us notices and links to every form or document we needed and sent us emails with tips and suggestions for our destination. Working with Ashley was a great experience!

Ashley worked hard to make our 30th Anniversary celebration Hawai’i tour with a tour company possible. The company was not easy to work with, but she was. Once we got there the tour was wonderful. After our trip was over, Ashley contacted the tour company to request a refund of money we prepaid for a designated service that we did not use. Ashley is very responsive and easy to work with.

Our Wyoming trip which included Grand Tetons/Jackson Hole/ Yellowstone/Cody was an amazing experience! Ashley planned our lodging/flights/rental and sent a link to help pick excursions, which was beyond helpful! We were fortunate to have her guidance as I did not even know where to begin for planning our lodging especially! We got to see and explore so much in this beautiful area of God’s country! I recently returned from a fantastic trip to Aruba, and I owe the entire experience to Ashley, who took care of every detail from start to finish. Finding the perfect all -inclusive resort, which included a golf course. Ashley helped narrow down resort options based on my wish list: all-inclusive and close to a golf course. Ashley did all the research and found a stunning resort that offered everything from dining to quick access to a well-kept golf course right on property. 2. Pre-Trip Preparation (ED Cards). Ashley also made sure my family was completely prepared before arriving in Aruba, especially with our ED cards, which is required for all visitors in Aruba. 3. Thoughtful Touches and Planning Ahead. Ashley also arranged airport transportation to and from our resort. I would definitely recommend Ashley, for she carefully planned a perfect Aruba vacation that was unforgettable and hassle free for my family and I.

She took care of every detail—from arranging roundtrip transportation for our whole group on a bus from a local meeting point to Pittsburgh International Airport, to booking our pre-trip hotel stay so we could start our journey stress-free. Ashley arranged our air flights and resort reservations for our vacation to Corfu , Greece for our Granddaughter’s Wedding Celebration. That is a lot of money, which led to my fiancé and I starting to realize how amazing of a vacation/elopement we could have for a 1/3 of that cost. Once I decided to cancel the traditional wedding, the weight was lifted off my shoulders and I connected with Ashley to start planning our dream wedding in Hawaii.

Within 10 days, we booked a week-long vacation in Maui, Hawaii at a 5 star resort (flights included) for an incredible price. My fiancé and I were thrilled to have this once in a lifetime experience ahead of us.

Ashley was truly very knowledgeable about our upcoming vacation and was detailed in our itinerary regarding airlines, airports, dining and different places to visit. She was up to date with the information given to us. Ashley was very professional however down to earth as she treated us like we known her for years. She took quite pride and enthusiasm in explaining us things we weren't quite sure of, and when explaining what we thought might not have been clear, she explained it in clear understanding to us. On the way back same thing, getting picked up and taken to our flight. This is the best vacation I had and worry free.
