I have to say I have never met Michelle in person. I am in NC but my travel friend is in Ga. I have worked with Michelle along with my friend through phone calls and email. My friend introduced me to Michelle for our trip to Switzerland. Everything was spot on and I loved the country, the hotels, the food, and yes the trains.
I currently have a trip booked for Banff Canada through Michelle for July 2026 and am looking into an international cruise for 2027.
You may not think you need a travel agent, but if/when something goes wrong and you're in a different country it is really nice to make one phone call and have everything handled.
Michelle listens to our ideas of what we want and gives us suggestions that can make our trips better. Hopefully one day I will meet her in person.

I always go to Michelle when I want to plan a trip. Michelle has handled several trips I’ve taken (Switzerland, Norway/Sweden, Canadian Rockies & more.) She is always eager to assist & has a lot of knowledge on the ins & outs of planning. On one occasion I was thinking about booking a Mediterranean cruise. Not knowing where to start I knew Michelle would help me out. Michelle was very knowledgeable with all the cruise lines, ports, excursions & what cabins were best to pick. She helped with airline reservations. She booked a pre-night stay in a beautiful hotel & arranged for transportation from the airport to the hotel & to the port the next day. If any snags came up as, sometimes they do, she was quick to straighten things out. I’ve never had a bad experience and my vacations were always pleasant & ran very smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I highly recommend Michelle to handle all your travel plans.

Graduation Trip 2025

Michelle helped me book our flight and hotel for a family trip celebrating my nieces high school graduation. We are a family of 4 and we were coordinating our trip with a family of 6. Michelle was able to find us the best discount codes and loyalty programs to get the best prices. She communicated clearly when payments were due and made sure we had all check in and transfer information prior to our trip. We will absolutely have Michelle help us with our next trip.

Mediterranean Cruise

The hotel in Rome was amazing. I wish we had more time in Rome to explore. The cruise ship Royal Caribbean was simply amazing, from the food, activities and excursions. One of my favorite stops was Capri Italy. It was beautiful and had the BEST lemon gelato.
Michelle help us from start to finish with this cruise. We look forward in continuing to explore different destinations with Michelle as our travel agent.

Michelle became our agent several years ago. We travel once or twice yearly so we have a pretty good grasp on what our needs are and what to expect, with that said, all we have to do is call Michelle, tell her where we want to go, a date and how we are traveling I.e. carrier. Michelle does the rest, she gives options, best travel days, she covers all the bases, we make a decision and she finishes the planning. We are very pleased.

Last Year West Indies

After booking cruises on our own and a miserable trip with another travel agent we went to Michelle to book a cruise. She took time to listen to us and determine what we were looking for, the activities we would enjoy, and the level of comfort we wanted. She booked us on the Celebrity Summit, in the Retreat Class. This was the most amazing cruise.
From our airline trip to San Juan, to the ship transfers, to the entire cruise, and the trip home, everything was fantastic. She gave us advice on excursions, ship activities, meals, and how to best enjoy our stay on the ship.
There were no surprises and certainly no disappointments. We now have three trips planned by her and looking to add the fourth. Don't miss the opportunity to be treated like you deserve on your next trip

Southern Caribbean Cruise

This was our first trip after retiring and we have already booked 3 additional trips with Michelle (Vegas/Grand Canyon, Alaska & Panama Canal). Our experience on our first cruise was Amazing! Michelle booked us in the Celebrity Retreat. We were treated like royalty and enjoyed everything about the cruise. She made sure every detail was perfect. She Even printed and laminated our luggage tags for us, that was a nice touch and very helpful. Anytime we call or email her, she gets back to us every time. We have stopped by the office several times and she always takes the time to talk to us and answer all questions we have. Even when I know she’s busy, she never rushes us. She is a wealth of knowledge about traveling and that has been an added bonus for us trying to decide on future trips. I would Highly recommend Michelle Adams to anyone needing a travel agent. She is the BEST!!

Michelle has been the absolute best travel agent! We have gone to St. Lucia and stayed at Sandals The Grande and we just got back from Jamaica where we stayed at Sandals Negril. We have not had the best luck with flying out of Jackson due to weather or mechanical issues, and Michelle even on the weekends is working hard to make sure we get to where we are headed safely and efficiently as possible! She always finds us exactly what we're looking for and makes it the easiest vacations ever! We would recommend her to anyone looking for their next vacation.

Michelle has helped me so many times! From our first cruise to now our eighth cruise - we have always had a wonderful experience with Michelle's help. She has helped me navigate everything from flights to excursions to extending trips on the front end and back end. She finds various hotels to choose from, watches for deals and changes to itineraries, and has helped me with last minute issues (such as almost missing the ship in Amsterdam).
