Amazing Disney Cruise

Cristin described Disney as the elite type of cruise and she was correct. The service and food were well above other cruise lines. Most of the entertainment was top-notch and for kids that are interested in seeing characters it could not be beat. Kristen did an amazing job and was always there for me with my never-ending stupid questions. I would highly recommend Cristin as a great travel agent!

Kristen went above and beyond to help us book our dream vacation! She was on the phone with us one night until 9 o’clock trying to get everything secured. She gave us several suggestions and my husband and I both knew this is exactly where we wanted to go. She sent us updates on flights and made everything so smooth for us. When we had a question, she immediately answered us. She made this all possible and we’re so grateful for all of her help. I would recommend her to anybody!!!

The Danube from West to East

Our Easter in Prague and Danube River Avalon Cruise trip was simply fantastic, thanks mostly to the help of Kristen Bennington in planning and executing. Kristen was involved from the very beginning in helping us determine the nature and extent of our trip; a river cruise on the Danube from Vilshofen, Germany to Bucharest, Romania. That, together with the TripPlan App and the full-service commitment by Avalon Waterways made for “Smooth Sailing” as they say. During the vacation, which included a 2-night stay in Prague, I never felt out of touch with those who could answer questions or provide additional guidance if needed. I personally had that sense that someone was watching out for us and had our back. Kristen did a great job of anticipating our needs and preparing us for the great vacation that we enjoyed.

Kristen helped set up every aspect of our trip! All transfers to and from airports, provided us with our choices for excursions and advised us on all trip issues. She is excellent in expressing what we needed to do to prepare for the trip!
We added on a pre cruise trip and she provided us with everything needed from hotel accommodation to transportation. We had no worries!

Our Belated Honeymoon

We contacted Kristen to help plan our Sandals trip to St. Vincent in 2025 after she did a fantastic job planning our WDW family vacation in 2022 and Alaskan Cruise in 2024 with friends. This time, we chose to take a vacation just the two of us and knew we could not plan it without Kristen's help. Like previous trips, Kristen asked what our ideas were and worked within our budget. She ensured we had everything we needed to travel overseas from ensuring we had updated passports, to making airfare arrangements, and sending us reminders up to our departure. The way Kristen had everything arranged on the Trip App, everything panned out seamlessly. The vacation was the best vacation by far because Kristen took the time to listen to what our vision for a belated honeymoon.

This was our second time booking a trip with Kristen, who was referred by a family member. Kristin is so fantastic and thinks of every detail.
