Jeni has planned 3 trips for us now and NEVER misses! She has incredible recommendations. Our June 2022 trip was delayed from Feb 2022. When I called her at 11pm before our 8am flight to let her know we had the flu and were too sickto travel, she had us rebooked by 9am.

It was a GREAT trip traveling to Budapest . . . to Vienna . . . and ending in Prague on AmaWaterways!!! The Service and Staff on our ship, the AmaReina, was SUPERB!!! A Beautiful Ship!!! We made many friendships along the way and enjoyed visits to Cities like Bratislava, Durnstein, Salzburg and Passau. Excursion Guides were very informative but we would like to have had more time on our own visiting these points of interest; something for us to consider on our next Cruise with AmaWaterways. The Food and Restaurant Services on our Ship was EXCELLENT!! The Chef's Dinner night Invitation celebrating our 46th Anniversary was AMAZING and the setting was so Beautiful!!! Overall we would rate this Cruise Trip a AAA!!! Also, Jeni Rainforth, our professional travel agent, was extremely knowledgeable in planning this trip for us. She spent a lot of her personal time with us in making sure we were comfortable with our Flight Schedules and she was "very instrumental" in pointing out options on how to get around on Excursion options and particular sites to see along the way of our travels to each country. She informed us on what Currency was and was not acceptable in each country we visited. She also was available (a text away), for any questions we had along the way of our cruise regardless of Time Changes. She kept us informed on travel flight changes going and returning from these countries in a timely manner. We would highly recommend her travel experience to anyone considering Cruise Travels with AmaWaterways. We would HIGHLY recommend AmaWaterways as a choice in River Cruising!!!

Honeymoon!!

My husband and I had such an amazing time at Sandals La toc in Saint Lucia. We both had never planned a trip like this before and Jeni took care of everything. She had happily answered all of our questions and took the time to send us everything we may have been interested in. She got back to us very quickly. We will definitely be calling Jeni to book our next vacation!
