Jill helped us with our Disney/Universal booking. Her tips were very helpful and the ticket buying process was seamless. She was great with her communications and helped make this an unforgettable vacation with our kids and grandkids.

Jill did an amazing job on our anniversary trip to Hawaii, helping us keep in budget and still get to explore and do things that were on our list! So easy to get a hold of and quick to respond.

Honestly, I never thought that I would use a travel agent. But by the grace of God and through Jill’s diligent work, my paradigm has been totally changed. Truth be told, I don’t think I’d ever like to plan any major trip again without the assistance of someone of her caliber.

Jill planned a flawless trip for our marching band to Disney! It couldn’t have gone better!!!! Every detail was taken care of. We had a daily itinerary. Lots of personalized service and checking in. She was amazing and I wouldn’t choose anyone else

It was a pleasant experience working with Jill on planning my combination solo/solo-ish trip. She asked for my wish-list and made it happen. She responded quickly to every email and made sure she was in contact with me from beginning to end of my trip. I appreciated her attention to detail and how she followed through on everything. I had an amazing experience!

Jill handled everything for us from helping us plan a trip to making reservations and getting us home when our flight was cancelled.

Jill is the best ever in all areas! She took care of us like we were family. I have traveled extensively and used several agents but none compare to Jill. She handled everything. We were stuck in NYC overnight due to airline problems and all it took was a phone call to Jill. Within an hour we were in a cab headed to a hotel with new flight reservations the next morning!!! Jill is a delightful, caring individual and I can’t wait to call on her expertise again. She will be my “person” for all future travel!!! Thank you, Jill Fogarty

Jill did an incredible job making the processes seamless and enjoyable. No complaints at all, looking forward to working together in the future.

So we happened to have some free time and knowing things were last minute, we hit up Jill. Per usual, she didn't miss a beat. Got ua booked and everything handled with such care go details. 10 out of 10 stars

Jill helped my husband plan the most amazing honeymoon that we could ever imagine! She was responsive, informative, and organized throughout the whole process. We are looking forward to planning more trips with her!

Jill did a great job keeping us informed every step along the way in our vacation planning process. She gave some suggestions as to what to pack. She was very helpful with securing hotel reservations for our travels to the sea port. I would highly recommend working with Jill!

Jill took the stress out of planning our Disney vacation and helped make it a magic experience! Absolutely can not recommend her enough. She was always available for question and an excellent resource during the hurricane, possible consideration, activities to enrich our experience, and all within our budget.

Excellent. Very professional.

Very pleasant! She listens to the details of what we are looking for.

Jill saved our vacation!! We had the most dreamy vacation booked ever, to St. LUCIA. Then we got hit with the flight cancelations of 2025! I called Jill asking what else we could do (being we were sitting in the airport with our bags packed and no where to go!! She not only helped us plan a new adventure in record time, but she handled every detail behind the scenes to make sure I got our entire vacation refunded! She was so patient and kind to us and if it weren't for her quick thinking amd serving skills, we would have gone home deflated and defeated. I will use her religiously from now on and forever! If you are looking for an honest, hard working and detailed agent, Jill is it, search no further and let her care for your family vacation!

Jill was a gem! Not only did she take charge of every detail regarding our hotels, tickets, navigation, etc., but she made helpful suggestions, such as purchasing travel insurance, she was available during our trip when we had concerns or questions, and she even sent us a “welcome home” text when we arrived back in the states (a personal touch that I found endearing!). I am already planning my next trip with her & I don’t foresee ever planning another trip without her assistance & expertise.

Thank you Jill & Key to the World!

The entire trip was fabulous! Jill made it so easy and We enjoyed the entire planning process. We had a blast on our vacation!

She helped me plan my first trip out to the country to celebrate all 3 of my children graduating from college. I told her the budget and what I would like to do, and she came back with several ideas which Club Med at Jade all-inclusive resort as one of the picks. She not only picked the best place for my family to celebrate, but explained details on travel insurance, traveling out of the country, and even helped me with small things like sunscreen recommendations for reefs and tips. She gave me ideas for excursions and then took care of getting the tickets for me. She helped me with apps on my phone that would be helpful for the trip. She found out things like would the resort loan me towels for the excursion. She even contacted me when I was on vacation to make sure things were okay. Jill made this trip as stress free as possible. I didn't think it would be possible to pull off planning a trip for 6 people in 4 months, but she did, and we didn’t even have passports.

Jill was amazing! The planning and details are far above my expectations. She thought of eveything! I will recommend her always

Jill was unbelievably easy to work with! We were not sure where we wanted to go, we just knew what we wanted to experience. She asked us great questions to really build a vacation we would enjoy. We had plenty of options to choose from, all in the parameters of our time frame and budget. We have never used a travel advisor before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Jill was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone! We will absolutely work with her again.

Jill is so patient, kind, and professional. She is proactive in ensuring your travel plans go smoothly. She is dedicated to making sure your trip is perfect. Love Jill and would highly recommend her. We will always use her for our travel needs.

Jill was amazing to work with. I didn't know what to expect working with a travel agent but she made everything so easy and gave us some very helpful tips and created a flexible itinerary for our group. And the best part was she saved us even more money at the last minute!

Jill came up with so many options for my weekend away trip and was very helpful in resolving some issues with the property when they occurred.

Jill was amazing to work with, she helped plan all aspects of our trip, from the resort to the flights to the excursions, keeping our budget and desires on mind. She even checked in on our during our trip and helped sort out some snafus with our shuttles. It made the trip so much more restful to have her watching out for us and taking care of us. I’ll be working with her on all trips moving forward!

I very much enjoyed working with Jill. She is very organized and detail oriented. And Universal Orlando was so much fun! She knew all sorts of extra tips to make our trip wonderful!
