My husband and I loved working with Jen, she was so patient and made us feel like part of the family. I wanted to make it extra special for my husband, since it was his first time out of the country. Jen provided us with everything we needed to make sure we a had a great a trip ! We are currently planning a family vacation with Jen for next year ! We are looking forward to another amazing trip ! Jen, makes everything EASY. To cruises with family, cruises with non-family/friends, and plans for international travel, she is flexible, knowledgeable and kind! Jennifer Wells, is the BEST!!!
From the initial contact requesting information regarding a cruise, extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. Providing all the information needed, each step throughout the process. The day of the cruise, I texted Jennifer requesting which exit for Port Canaveral for the Mardi Gras, to prevent getting lost like last year. Within minutes Jennifer provided a link with the directions!!! Once on board everything went smoothly!!! There were no surprises or extra fees due, everything was included with our cruise package!!! Jennifer is a sweetheart and I enjoy and look forward to many more trips being planned with her!!!💎👑
