Carolyn booked and made arrangements for me & my family go on a cruise to the Bahamas on Disney Cruise Line. Our group was 10 people in total ranging from 4 years to 70 years old, requiring 3 separate staterooms. Despite our deciding to travel at almost the last minute, Carolyn took care of every detail! I was especially anxious as a first-time cruiser but Carolyn "held my hand" all the way through the process. She talked to my daughter & I several times over zoom to make the arrangements and answer our questions. She answered every email and text promptly despite being in different time zones. Carolyn was wonderful to work with in planning our Disney trip. She was able to work with our budget and got us in a great location at our resort. Her communication is excellent and she was available during our trip if we had questions. We ended up having an issue with our reservation during our trip. The resort accidentally shorted our trip by one day. I just had to call Carolyn and she took care of everything. I was able to continue to enjoy our time at the park and didn't have to stress about it. I would absolutely recommend using Carolyn for your next trip!!
