Sandy mentioned to us to try a Sandals trip back in 2018; best decision ever! With her knowledge, Sandy was able to tell us about all the different Sandals resorts and could answer any questions we had! If anything ever came up, had to make changes etc, she handled without any issues! With the exception of Covid in 2020, we have selected Sandals every year since! Going in to let her know when we are ready to book again, it’s like sitting down just chatting with a friend! Sandy makes choosing a vacation comfortable!!!

Sandy and Michelle made our trip to Italy, Greece and Barcelona amazing. They helped to facilitate all transfers and hotel stays for us. It made the trip so much more enjoyable. We had to show up and everything was taken care of!

As a local company we reward our employees by taking them on a trip every year. I contacted Sandy and her team to schedule our trip to Saint Vincent. From the first contact they have been the BEST to work with. It was so refreshing to just hand over all the needed information and receive an email back saying BOOKED...here are your reservations. Accommodations were excellent!

Stumbled into her office in 2004 looking for an escape trip. We booked our first of many Sandals trip with her that year. We have also booked at least 16 other cruises and trips as well. Stuff happens and Sandy is there to help. Before , During or after the trip. Injuries traveling, injuries canceling a trip. Issues with bookings, rooms, onboard credits,refunds. Like a concierge at a hotel smooths travel issues out , Sandy can deal with issues so we don’t spend hours on the phone. I will just list our longest trip...as our destination)....over a month in Australia. We have been all over with Sandy’s assistance. Many years of experience helps her guide someone when considering travel options.
