On Mar 13, 14 Minneapolis-based Scuba Center travelers departed for a trip to Saba Island, Caribbean. Flights were arranged by Beth Fortin. Thru St Maarten, the group arrived in Saba on Sat. Sun. the group was informed that airports in Saba and St Maarten were closing Tuesday due to Covid 19. Thru Travel Leaders I contacted Beth. She immediately went to work, working late into Sunday and all day Monday on flight arrangements. This involved multiple changes as flights became available. Beth found itineraries to fly thru San Juan, Miami, St Kitts, Newark, Chicago, Atlanta, and Philadelphia. All arrived home safe. From clients I heard stories about the madhouse in St Maarten as those without support from a travel agent were desperate. Counter agents and websites crashing left them stranded. I am grateful that Beth dropped everything and focused her skills to bring our group home. I am 100% certain that without her efforts the outcome for our travelers would have been different.

Very good! Beth was very kind and patient with the many changes of itineraries. The trip was for two elderly women traveling alone . We have requested wheelchairs for the travelers and aisle seatings. Beth made sure these requests were done as she understood the concerns and importance of it. The travelers came home happy and said they were stressfree because wheelchairs were at the gates waiting for them when they departed MN and returned from Thailand . We are very happy the travelers did not have to find their ways around the airports with speaking very little English.

Beth made the trip of a lifetime very possible! She asked us about the destination, what we like to do and a few other questions and took it from there. A few days later, she reached back out with flights, transfers and hotel reservations, she gave us a link for a list of activities to do at our destination. We went through the list, which had detailed descriptions of each activity including previous comments from other travelers, we picked a bunch of activities, Beth helped us eliminate the ones that would not fit our schedule or our preferences and booked everything else. within 2 weeks, our trip was reserved and booked. As soon as we got to Greece, we could not believe how much work she had put into making sure everything was perfect for us. The hotels, the views, the amenities, the tours, the transfers, the restaurants and even the surprise birthday cake from our hotel on the day of my birthday. Beth planned the perfect trip for us and we can't thank her enough for her hard work!

BETH FORTIN ARRANGED ALL OF THE TRAVEL AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR OUR GRANDDAUGHTER (13YRS OLD ) TO TRAVEL UNACCOMPANIED TO US FROM SHANGHAI CHINA TO MEMPHIS TENNESSEE. SHE DEPARTED FROM CHINA AT 3AM MEMPHIS TIME AND ARRIVED IN MEMPHIS THAT EVENING AT 8PM. NO PROBLEMS WERE ENCOUNTERED - EVERYTHING HAPPENED AS SHE HAD PLANNED. SHE ARRANGED FOR THE PEOPLE AT THE AIRLINES TO MEET HER AND SHEPARD HER THROUGH CUSTOMS AND TO HER CONNECTIONS.

Cannot explain what an amazing travel planner Beth is! For more than 10 years she has made my business travel simple by handling all the details and ensuring back up plans are in place for complicated travel schedules.
