The Best Trip Ever has to be all 3 cruises

Reviewed By Janet - Livonia, Michigan | Traveled to Caribbean Sea ~ At Sea ~ At Sea

I started utilizing Julie's services for work-related travel for my boss due to the close proximity of her office to ours (back when paper tickets were necessary). I then started utilizing Julie for personal travel and have referred her to my friends at the office (who also utilize her for work-related travel).

She has provided A#1 service for both work-related travel (last minute hotel changes, finding hotels when it appears that the city is entirely sold out, helping with rebooking flights at the last minute, etc.) and for my personal travel (coordinating a cruise for my entire family including the airfares with 3 adjoining cabins). We have booked a total of 3 cruises (2 Caribbean and 1 Alaskan) through Julie and all 3 have been wonderful and went forward without any glitches! (including having a pack-n-play in our daughter's cabin for our granddaughter).

I have had nothing but good experiences with Julie.

Ms. Keown is the best travel agent one can have.

Reviewed By Frequent traveller. - Washington, DC. | Traveled to Caribbean

Ms. Keown is heads and shoulders better than a;; travel agents I have worked with during the past several decades. This is so for the following reasons:

1. She provided me and my family with factual information that was essential for us to make our choice as to which cruise to take.

2. She proactively kept us informed of the potential issues that Covid could create that might affect our travel. That information was not in any online site I could find, and was invaluable.

3. She answered our occasional emailed questions promptly and authoritatively. She really knew what she was talking about.

She makes me look good every year

Reviewed By Barry - Southfield, Michigan | Traveled to Las Vegas ~ Nevada ~ USA

I have been personally using Julie for a decade or more. She primarily works with me regarding a group trip every year and has done a masterful job dealing with a group of lawyers who travel, and they are not easy to satisfy. She does just that however.
I have used her for simple feedback and assistance personally as well. She is easy to reach, talk to, and follows through on everything needed to make things right.
Using her services and those of The World of Travel is a necessity in dealing with the myriad of potential problems that can arise trying to plan your travel needs yourself. This is easier. Much easier.
