Sammy planned us a fantastic trip to Vancouver. It was so easy to plan back and forth via email, including planning multiple excursions. She was very responsive and proactive. All we had to do was show up on our trip!

Sammy helped us plan a safe trip to NYC. She found hotels in safe areas and gave us the top tourist sites in NYC. We traveled to Harrisburg,PA to see family by train, which we would have never thought of. It was cheaper than flying and stress-free. We really enjoyed our trip to NYC!!!

Sammy was very helpful in preparing us for the trip. She helped us select the cruise tour that was best suited for us. Because she had personal experience with the cruise tour, she provided a lot of information, so we knew what to expect. She was responsive to our questions, provided prompt responses to our emails, and helped us book a great experience!

We've never used a travel agent before. Working with Sammy was a delight. She spent time understanding what we wanted and she gave us a variety of options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip, most especially that everything just worked! We never had to think about it. Drivers just showed up to take us to wherever we wanted to go. They knew our names and were all very helpful. What a joy to not have to plan of this ourselves or even think about it once we were there. Tours were great, just the kind of things we enjoy. We'd definitely use Sammy again..

We’d never used an agent before, but had planned all prior international travel ourselves. Sammy made everything so easy. She offered us many options to choose from. Once we selected what we wanted, she booked everything: planes, hotels, ground transportation, and excursions. Everything worked flawlessly for a smooth enjoyable trip.

We had no thoughts of going to New Zealand until our son qualified for the Ironman World Competition there. From that point on, Sammy made sure that the planning & trip would be a great experience. She took time to find out what our interests were and then booked us on fantastic tours with excellent guides, reserved lovely accommodations, and saw that we had smooth transfers to different locations during our stay. I highly recommend her and won't hesitate to reach out to her again for our future travels.

Sammy set me up with a Carribean cruise where was I able to visit 5 countries with leisure. The excursions in each country varied widely so I was able to find ones that fit my style. The cruise ship was also exactly the style and atmosphere that I requested. Overall, a seamless and fantastic journey. Would definitely work with Sammy again!

Sammy put together a wonderful itinerary for us that included Taupo off the beaten path since our son's Ironman was there.

During the trip, she was very helpful in contacting our hotel about an unexpected late arrival, and she quickly got a refund for us when a tour was cancelled. We were so thankful that she was still working on our behalf while we were traveling.

I was nervous going into this process. I had never used a travel agent before, but I knew Burkhalter had been in business for as long as I remember so I turned to them to help me plan the trip. I met Sammy face to face in the office which I really appreciated. She explained about choosing a hotel and Park package that would fit my son and me. My son is 17 and this was our first big trip together and it was my goal to make some great memories for him. All transportation from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel to the parks was amazing and easy. The only hiccup we had was the airline cancelled my plane from my connecting spot to home and we were put on a different flight. Because of that we had a six-and-a-half-hour layover between flights. The airline never contacted me, and Sammy hadn't noticed it until I pointed it out on our final itinerary. At that point it was apparently too late to make any changes. Aside from that we had a great time!

She was very responsive to messages and was eager to help me plan my vacation!
