My wife and I just got back from Italy that Ms. Sutton helped us plan. It was a great experience from beginning to end. She took into account where we wanted to go, how long we wanted to stay and how much we wanted to spend. She helped us find the trip that fit our parameters. We have recommended Ms. Sutton to several friends and she has served them all very well. I’m sure we will be coordinating trips with her in the future.

Amazing honeymoon!

We had the best time on our Italian honeymoon! All of our accommodations were top notch! Elena was quick to help with any issues we did come across! Perfect trip and would definitely do it again!

My bestie and I decided to plan our first girl's trip together. Elena (Lynne) was the absolute BEST! Organized everything, gave us multiple options to choose from for our excursions while in the city. Made suggestions to keep our trip running smoothly that we may not have even though of! She was extremely attentive throughout the whole process from planning to finish...checking in with us and confirming reservations so all we had to do was go and enjoy ourselves! Elena was fantastic to work with. She planned my cruise to Alaska, stay overs in Seattle, agmir travel and everything else. We have used Explore Outside Your Back Door Travel Agency several times. We have been extremely happy with it in all aspects. We will definitely continue using it in the future. Elena is easy to contact and always follows through with any of our requests in a timely manner. She will s a great communicator, personable, professional, and extremely thorough from planning all the way through the complete process until we return home. Elena takes the time up front to get to know her clients so she can offer the options that she feels that best suits our personal objectives. One of the personal touches she adds is sending us folder includes all the many details to help us navigate and be prepared for our daily activities. She also includes helpful tips and reminders based on her personal travel experiences and our wants and needs. Best wedding decision made - a perfect honeymoon!

Choosing to use a travel agent was the best decision we made for our honeymoon, especially using Elena Sutton. Elena made the process so easy - providing recommendations, travel tips, coordinating transportation, making reservations and accommodations for us, and looking up the best things to do at the time we were going. In fact, we didn't have to do really anything. My husband and I both have demanding jobs and I just wanted someone to take care of the details and planning. Elena does just that! Even when our flight was delayed and then canceled, she immediately went above and beyond to help out - looking for alternative flights, readjusting our tours, getting a refund on our hotel for that night, rearranging train/transportation routes and tickets, and finding us an alternative hotel which was just as amazing to accommodate the change in plans. We will definitely be using her again!
