She’s amazing! The follow-through, explanation, recommendations everything was top-tier

Dionne is excellent. She thinks of EVERYTHING!

Dionne is absolutely phenomenal to work with! She takes the work out of planning a trip and makes it pure fun! This is not the first time we've booked with Dionne, and so we knew what to expect, but let again she WOW'd us! We told her that this was going to be an anniversary and birthday trip, and none of those details were left out when we got to the resort. They accommodations were beautiful and well planned, even down to the private vehicle that picked us from the airport. We had the most amazing vacation. Dionne, definitely, enjoys what she does. She even sent us small airplane travel goodie bags filled with the necessities, and more! We are so excited to be looking into our next trip, and even encouraging more of our friends to book with Dionne!

Where do I begin to share how awesome it has been working with Dionne as she arranged and help my husband & I plan all of our travel accommodations. Dionne has arranged and taken the worry out of every anniversary trip starting with our Clearwater Honeymoon in 2017 to our 9th Anniversay Aruba Trip this year 2026. We simply gave her an idea of what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go. She then would send options to choose from. This year for our 9th Anniversary, we wanted adult only, all inclusive, and no stress traveling or hotel issues. Dionne sent a dream package for us to consider. We chose The RIU Antilles at Aruba Palm Beach. Dionne arranged for a VIP Representative to meet us upon landing in Aruba. She took us through security, customs, baggage claims, and escorted us out of the airport in 30 minutes. A Luxury SUV was waiting. The driver loaded our luggage and then took us us on a mini tour. He showed us downtown Aruba, the shopping district for big spenders and those who are thrifty. He gave us history of Aruba and was a total pleasure to ride with. Upon entering The RIU, we were greeted with a light refreshing drink and directed to the check-in area for the Elite Club. We were escorted to the 28th floor to room 1832. Fantastic view, private terrace, fully stocked bar and refrigerator complete with snacks. The hotel had a bottle of wine and wine classes in the room as well as Anniversary balloons. Dionne sent us beautiful anniversary balloons. We had a private swimming pool for the Elite Club. The Atlantis Resturant had servers to sing happy Anniversary while the saxophonist serenaded- I'll Always Love You - Whitney Houston. This VIP treatment happened everyday. We did not stand in line to enter Resturants, we wre given preferred reservations every night. The same driver picked us up for the Airport. I cried from the hotel to the airport. We were again given the VIP Treatment from customs to the VIP lounge. Absolutely Phenomenal.

Great trip
