I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jen McVeay! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in planning a cruise that my mom wanted to take my sister and I on. She took care of everything—flights to the port city, hotel accommodations, transportation to and from the ship, and a lineup of amazing excursions that were perfect for our group.
What truly set her apart, though, was how she handled an unexpected situation just before our trip. My mom had a sudden health issue and was unable to travel last minute. We were overwhelmed and unsure what to do, but Jen stepped in immediately—helping us adjust our travel plans, cancel and manage refunds where possible, and provide the emotional support and professionalism that made all the difference. Her calm, caring approach during a stressful time meant so much to us.

The absolute best African Safari vacation!

Jen booked an amazing African safari vacation for me. I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, but the numerous options and booking were fairly overwhelming. She asked me how long I wanted to go, and what I would like to do on my trip. She took it from there. She presented excellent options for me to choose from based on my preferences. Then she gave me an extremely organized and easy to read itenerary. My trip was seamless from start to finish and one of the most amzing experiences of my life. I'm certain the trip was much better than anything I could have put together on my own, and I normally plan most of my own vacations. I highly recommend Jen next time you want to book a vacation.

Highly Recommended as a Cruise Specialist

I have worked with Jen twice. Once on a cruise to Alaska and once on the Fall Foliage Cruise to Canada and New England. I didn't have any problems thanks to everything being already organized. This made it so easy for me. Both cruises I had great, clean overnight hotels in a safe area of town and not too far from the Cruise Terminal. She does her research before booking your hotel. On my cruise to Alaska there was an issue with the room and Jen was on it. Even though I was already on my cruise she was still my Agent. From stepping out the front door and until you get home, she is there for you.

Jen helped us plan a bucket list trip to South Africa. With her help, every moment from the time we boarded our first plane to the time we touched back down in the US was seamless allowing us to fully settle into our vacation. Additionally, her local knowledge and relationships meant that we got to experience people and places that you simply would never have access to if you booked online or on your own. We've used Jen McVeay for 2 major vacations and several questions. She set the entire trip up for us. South African Safari! Trip of a Lifetime!

We had a wonderful experience on our South African Safari to the Greater Krueger. Jen arranged all our travel to South Africa for a 10 day photography safari near Hoedspruit. Her intimate knowledge of the area, and relationship she has with the lodge owners and safari guide made the trip that much more enjoyable. (We stayed at the same lodge Tom Cruise's security detail did for the next Mission Impossible movie...so you know its top notch!) I would hand the reigns over to Jen again for any trip she is putting together.

Amazing trip to grand Tetons and yellowstone

She is very knowledgeable and custom made our trip. It was last minute but it felt like we had planned it for many months. She listened and made the experience unforgettable. We had great accommodations that really fit us. She arranged individual tours that catered to our needs and did not feel cookie cutter or generic at all. Jen was also very responsive and thorough. She insured all of the information was available for us with specific details we needed. Could not have asked for a better experience. Affordable Safari Expert- Exceptional Agent

I never knew how great having a Travel Agent could be. Honestly, I’d never used one before, but if you’ve seen “Jerry McGuire”, you’ll begin to understand how amazing an “Agent” can be. You won’t just be getting a superbly organized trip, you’ll be getting a true friend in the travel industry.
I was taking my family to South Africa on a safari, and despite being well-travelled, that’s a pretty daunting trip, especially considering the wide-ranging locations and costs. Jen curated every detail: from hand-picked accommodations, to multiple game drives and experiences, she was absolutely the on-scene expert. Her knowledge kept things affordable for us, while providing the highest level of service. She literally worked with the lodge hosts to organize one of the nicest birthdays my son has had, asking nothing in return.
I truly think she does this for the love of it- it’s all personal, nothing is transactional; that’s hard to find, and it’s why I can’t recommend her enough.

Incredible Vacations!

Jen is an amazing travel agent. She has booked numerous trips for me over the last several months, both for pleasure and work. For each one she has listened to what I need and want. Then she sends me several options on flights, accommodations and rental cars – including not renting a car. Jen has also found suggestions of things to do and see as well as possible places to eat. A couple of times, I have changed my mind about what I need, and Jen has been very accommodating and found solutions to my problems. If I were to give her a rating Jen would get 10 out of 10! You can not go wrong with Jen helping you plan a trip.
