Cris is amazing! We booked this cruise when it was first released, almost 2 years ago. During that time, she watched for price adjustment opportunities or specials and saved us quite a bit by re-pricing the cruise. Not only did she take care of the cruise, she also took care of our travel insurance needs and booking our pre-cruise excursions, pre and post cruise hotel stays and arranged for private transportation to the port.
This is the second major trip Cris has planned for me. We already have another trip on the books (Disney) and another adventure in process of booking!

Good times, despite the weather!

The weather for this trip was really bad - very cold, high winds, lots of rain, lots of rocking motion on the ship. HOWEVER, one of the bright spots was the time I got to spend with my work friends, and with our Booking Agent, Cris Bravo, when we met for a get-together and social hour in one of the lounges on the ship. That was fun!!! Cris did a great job organizing it, and everyone had a good time. Thanks, Cris!!!

Best trip ever

Everything was perfect! She listened to all my requests and concerns. She made everything so easy from the flights, to the car to the hotel and tours. The only thing I would double check is if the hotel has “resort fees”. It was no big deal but a definite surprise at check out

Cris worked her magic and got the family a room at the last minute at Disney Pop Century Resort! She made sure everything was perfect for us. Not to mention finding a room in Orlando for us to evacuate to during Hurricane Ian this past year. My wife spent hours on line and the phone with no luck. Cris was able to find us a room within an hour and we able to safely evacuate and miss the devastation that happened in our area of SW FL. We highly recommend her!
