great trip even with a couple of hiccups

this was our first Disney Cruise. traveled with my wife and a 5 and 3 year old girl. we loved all the character meet and greets. the shows were really good, especially Aladdin, the fireworks were nice, though very late for young kids after a very long day, and we enjoyed having room service for late night snacks, or 2nd and 3rd dinner. We were unfortunately unable to get room service the night after the fireworks show. we got back to our cabin at 1030, and tried until 1105 to get room service, with the line busy every time. even tried contacting guest services who tried, and was unable to get ahold of them. was tough since the kids were very hungry and nothing was available or open on the ship. there really should be something open late, especially when you have a late show. also we were disappointed with our seats for the Arendale dinner. We requested middle seating to try and be near the staged since Elsa is my daughter's favorite thing ever, but unfortunately we were placed in a corner furthest away from the staged and behind a column. We understand they cant grant every request, but a location where you cant see anything at all seems crazy and shouldn't even be a table.

2025 Cruise

Cris is amazing! We booked this cruise when it was first released, almost 2 years ago. During that time, she watched for price adjustment opportunities or specials and saved us quite a bit by re-pricing the cruise. Not only did she take care of the cruise, she also took care of our travel insurance needs and booking our pre-cruise excursions, pre and post cruise hotel stays and arranged for private transportation to the port.
This is the second major trip Cris has planned for me. We already have another trip on the books (Disney) and another adventure in process of booking!

Good times, despite the weather!

The weather for this trip was really bad - very cold, high winds, lots of rain, lots of rocking motion on the ship. HOWEVER, one of the bright spots was the time I got to spend with my work friends, and with our Booking Agent, Cris Bravo, when we met for a get-together and social hour in one of the lounges on the ship. That was fun!!! Cris did a great job organizing it, and everyone had a good time. Thanks, Cris!!!

Best trip ever

Everything was perfect! She listened to all my requests and concerns. She made everything so easy from the flights, to the car to the hotel and tours. The only thing I would double check is if the hotel has “resort fees”. It was no big deal but a definite surprise at check out

Cris worked her magic and got the family a room at the last minute at Disney Pop Century Resort! She made sure everything was perfect for us. Not to mention finding a room in Orlando for us to evacuate to during Hurricane Ian this past year. My wife spent hours on line and the phone with no luck. Cris was able to find us a room within an hour and we able to safely evacuate and miss the devastation that happened in our area of SW FL. We highly recommend her!
