We recently returned from an unforgettable NCL Mediterranean cruise, and we owe a huge part of that incredible experience to Erica Funk. From the moment we started planning to the time we returned home, Erica was attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way.
She helped us and made sure we had everything we needed to feel prepared and excited. Erica went above and beyond and was always quick to respond, patient with our many questions.
This was a special trip for our family, and thanks to Erica’s guidance and care, everything went smoothly. We’re so grateful for her and look forward to working with her again on future adventures. Highly recommend!

We recently returned from an unforgettable family trip to Rome and Barcelona, and we owe it all to Erica Funk! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and absolutely perfect.
Every detail was thoughtfully planned — from our flights, transportation and accommodations to local tours. In Rome, we enjoyed skipping long lines at the Vatican and Colosseum, thanks to pre-arranged tickets and a fantastic local guide. In Barcelona, Erica curated a perfect balance of must-see sights like Sagrada Família and Montserrat Spain, alongside hidden gems that made the city feel personal and special to us.
What impressed us most was how smoothly everything ran. Transfers, hotel check-ins, activities — every step felt effortless. Erica also made sure there was enough flexibility for us to explore at our own pace, which made the trip feel relaxed and enjoyable since we also traveled with our 2 children.

Not enough words to describe how amazing and helpful Ms. Funk was in planning our family vacation. She made excellent recommendations and gave me plenty of options of what to do and where to stay. Planning for a family of 7 couldn't have been easy but Erica pulled it off. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and checked up on us to make sure we were ready. There is no way I could have done this w out her. My kids and I had the most amazing time in Cancun all because of Ms. Funk. I will definitely be using her again to plan our next family vacation. Can't thank her enough for all she did.
