Just GO! Travel With Kathy

I am an experienced traveller who enjoys sharing their love of travel with others.  I want everyone to experience the joy I feel as I explore the world.  It is important to me to meet the needs of my clients in fulfilling their expectations, all the while meeting their budgetary requirements.

Some of the destinations I have been to include Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, many islands in the Caribbean, 49 US states (yes I've been from sea to shining sea), England, Germany, Ireland, France, Mexico and Canada.  My favorite saying is "I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list!"

In 2014 I retraced my great, great grandfather's footsteps when he returned to his native Germany for a visit after immigrating to the US as a teenager.  This was one of the highlights of my life as I felt like he was right along side me.  I was fortunate to have his diary from when he left New York harbor to return to Germany via ship.  He kept explicit details of his final time visiting his family in his native country and as he then continued on to explore some more of Europe.

Since my children are grown and live many miles from me now we have started a family tradition of travelling on holiday every other Christmas.  We have taken one vacation to Hawaii (our second visit) and one to Puerto Rico so far.  There is nothing much better than being together over the holidays in a beautiful place and I will cherish these memories forever.
