I've always booked my cruises myself and gotten pretty good prices. I booked several cruises while I was on the ship and Kara took over the reservations and then took care of everything. I was so pleased because she notified me when the price has changed and benefits increased and I was able to get more for my money because of her attentiveness to my cruise details.
