My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary on a family trip to Hawaii last year. Our son, his wife, and two teenagers live in Boston, while our daughter, her husband, and two teenagers live in Lubbock. Karen is great at working with clients to tailor the trips of their dreams. She presents proposals and welcomes alternate proposals and feedback. Once you and she totally agree to the itinerary, she keeps you informed of timely payments, finalizes bookings and insurance, and puts all the info you need… hotels, attractions, flight and other transportation info in her app, along with restaurant recommendations and more. She will also put paperwork in the mail and in email(s) and you can text or call her directly or text her through her app. It could not be any simpler, and it’s so refreshing to let her do the work and allow you to focus on enjoying your trip. Our latest trip was to Portugal. We stayed in Lisbon and did day trips to five other cities, and then we were driven to Lagos where we explored that city, and did a day trip to Sagres and other places nearby. We were driven back to Lisbon to a nice hotel by the airport. We did not have any troubles at all and had a great time.

I can't imagine planning a trip without Karen! She handles everything down to the last detail and plans the most fabulous experiences to make my trip the best possible. She is absolutely wonderful to work with!

Karen designed a special family Alaskan cruise. We brought three generations and didn’t have worry about a thing. An example of where she went above and beyond concerns a scenic train trip from Anchorage to Whittier. When we went to book the trip, the train was listed as full. She followed up frequently until the 8 tickets became available. She had a back-up plan but worked hard to make our first choice come about.

Karen took care of every detail for our family trip to Alaska. It was one of the best trips we’ve had as a family. She did an amazing job and we will be calling on her in the future.

Our trip to Italy was amazing. Thank you so much for helping us find the best tours. My wife's favorite part of the entire trip was the truffle hunt. We found 5 white truffles in one hour! Apparently, they usually only find one. It was pretty amazing.
