I have been in the Hospitality and Travel Tourism industry for over 30 years.  Knowledgeable and well versed in all facets of the exciting, fast-paced tourism and hospitality industry, including booking corporate travel itineraries, romantic getaways, destination weddings, all the way down to the tiniest detail of the food and dining selection.

Throughout my life long career as a business owner, Operations manager in the hospitality industry, I have always continued to emphasize and mentor my staff and colleagues that "It isn't just about the product, it's about people, shared experiences and precious moments.  It's the little things that make or break that special moment or experience!"

The fundamental element of hospitality is built upon relationships.  Solid relationships are formed with trust.  Without trust, relationships cannot be formed as it lacks the foundation of mutual understanding, respect and faith.

I am not interested in providing a transaction for my clients but interested in developing a relationship build upon "TRUST".  I provide tailored and customized travel advice and services to my clients relieving them the hassle and stress allowing them to have a peace of mind.  The only thing they need to worry about is enjoying their vacation or event. 

Choosing a travel adviser is like choosing a professor or mentor, you will only benefit from how knowledgeable that mentor is.  If you end up choosing a bad mentor, you'll just still be as smart as a door bell (at least until you find a wise one), but choosing a bad travel adviser could really cause you to not only waste your money but ruin your entire anticipated experience into a nightmare!
