Gina is excellent!!! We love her. We just got back from a Royal Caribbean cruise to Costa Maya and Cozumel. We were a group of 19 family members, ages 7 to 77. This is the second trip Gina has helped us with. She is so helpful and was with us every step of the way— from monthly payments to get the trip paid for months in advance to making sure everyone had the required citizenship documentation; from guiding, advising and planning the excursions for all of us to troubleshooting any and all issues that came up. She was in constant communication with us about approaching deadlines, parking arrangements for our vehicles at the harbor before we got on the ship, what to pack and arranging check-in times for all of us. She is awesome; even after we were on the ship, she was still checking in to make sure we were all set. When we arrived back to Galveston, she contacted us to find out how we were doing and if everything had gone well. We are already planning our third trip with her.

Gina is excellent! She allowed us to interact so much and gave us so much of her time, I feel like she’s part of the family. We have already asked her to plan our next trip—Cruise 2024. When the airlines canceled our flights late the night before our flight day, she worked throughout the night to get us flights and keep all 10 of together. When we missed excursions because our flight times changed, she gots us our refunds and was willing to book us on other excursions. Throughout the trip, she checked on us, sent reminders of schedule events and excursions we had sighed up for. She kept watch for us on all important matters and details right up to rental car returns and flight connections coming back. Gina has been a God send and I’m so glad we found her. Like I said, she is already at work on our vacation for next summer. She’s done so much work for us and we are just so happy and grateful.

When I asked Gina for help planning a surprise trip to Las Vegas to propose, she jumped into motion. She helped me think through all of the layers recommending hotels, restaurants, seeking out photographers, and more.
