Margaret helped me so much in planning our somewhat last-minute cruise. When I first contacted her, she worked late into the evening making sure all 6 family members were booked before the online promotion expired at midnight . A few weeks later I texted her late one evening when the Virgin app glitched out, to ask her if she could help us book our dinners for each night on our crusie and she had them all booked for us within minutes. She also gave us suggestions for excursions at one of the ports we were unfamiliar with. She is truly amazing and was so helpful. She checked on us before, during and after the trip to make sure everything was going well. We had weather-related travel delays and cancellations on the way home and when I texted her, she provided links to all my trip insurance-related questions immediately, (this was on a Saturday evening)! I recently booked a cruise to Mexico for my wife and I and was fortunate to have been introduced to Margaret by a close retired Navy friend. I mention this because it was clear that Margaret’s vast personal travel experiences as a military spouse coupled with her ability to design a trip around our interests was going to be as good as it gets – and it was wonderful.
