We had been talking about going to Jamaica for a while. Neither of us was really interested in planning a trip. When we learned that our friends had a travel agent for a trip to Jamaica, we jumped at the opportunity. Tru did a wonderful job at keeping us on task and informed of upcoming deadlines leading up to the trip. We had a great vacation. Travel With Tru definitely played a hand in that.

While the company was wonderful, the Grand Palladium Resort was really not ready to accept guests in the Signature Level section. While the rooms were beautiful, king sized bed, ocean view, huge bathroom with Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, the cable didn't work for almost two days, the phones were constantly down and there was construction dust everywhere. Thank goodness we had a lovely group to hang with and that made it enjoyable, nonetheless! I would not recommend travel to the Grand Palladium for at least another year, so they can tighten up and really be able to wow future guests.

I wanted to travel to Seattle for a football game, and Travel With Tru was very helpful with finding me a room and flight at the last minute. This saved me time and money.

I have been using Tru's Services for the last 8y and I've always have great service. The one thing that's important to is that she always respond to emails, texts or phone call most of the time within mins.

This is our third trip with her and she does a wonderful job looking forward to booking the next one.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary!

Trumondia was always available to communicate in any way. She is knowledgeable about the destination which helped build our trust. Even when we had flight adjustments at the last minute, she quickly communicated with the airline and provided emails for every detail along the way.
