Jackie and I started working together months before I trip. We initially thought we were going one place then changed. Jackie was so accommodating. She asked what type of vacation we wanted ( relaxing, adventurous, romantic, all-inclusive). We told her, and she created options that met our needs.

She had a very easy to follow payment plans. She also reached out many times before we left for our vacation to make sure we had everything we needed.

When we landed in St. Lucia we were surprised with our room decorated with champagne awaiting for us. We learned that we had a romantic dinner on the beach and a couple’s massage. Great way to start our vacations. There was one issue that happened with the hotel. Jackie immediately reached out to the hotel and remedied the issue. We had no problems the rest of the trip.

Jacqueline is awesome! My boyfriend and I took our first trip out of the country and she could not have been more helpful. Professional and very well informed, she helped with all aspects of our trip. She was always so fast to respond and always had answers for us. She was always available to answer any and all questions. She took all the pressure off of us so we were able to this trip from beginning to end. We will definitely be using Jacqueline for our next trip through Funjet Vacations.
