Duane has always been my go-to -person when it comes to booking my and or my relatives travel, and as always I am a very satisfied client and no surprise why I always goes back to him whenever I need a travel assistance. He’s is such a detail oriented, Professional, kindest and exceptional. He’s easy to reach and gets back ASAP and gives us an answer for every inquiry or questions I have. He’ll always give an update from to time. We had just a very recent hassle free experience with him and he made sure to inform us ahead of time of what to do and what are the must haves during the travel. From booking, departure, arriving/landing and returning, he always checks and make sure that we have/will have a smooth travel, and we are always updated of the things we should know and gives us the best advise. Would highly recommend him and DFZ travels.

Duane was such a great help to us - from purchasing our tickets, to making sure that we have a smooth time at the airport. He made sure that we were checked in ahead of time, which helped us take our leisure time at our stop overs. He was also very accommodating and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Our trip would have been stressful if it wasn't for him. Really appreciate all his help!
