I highly recommend Derek! We couldn’t have had better accommodations if we tried. We stayed at the Omni Parker House in Boston and Main Street Motel in Bar Harbor. Both we were able to walk to so many places. Great prices and great locations. We have never used a travel agent except for international travel, but as smooth as it was, we will definitely be contacting Derek again!!

This was my first time ever using a travel agent, and after working with Derek, it definitely won’t be my last. He made the entire planning process so simple and stress free while also finding us a great deal. At first, I felt overwhelmed by all the options, but he was incredibly helpful in narrowing everything down, answering all of my questions, and giving honest opinions that made the decision so much easier. His hotel recommendation was absolutely spot on and ended up being even better than we expected. What really stood out to me was his constant communication. Even while we were on the trip, he checked in to make sure everything from our transfers to our excursion was going smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will absolutely continue using Derek as a travel agent for future trips!

Cancun all inclusive with Derek felt so relaxed he took care of everything even transportation . Best feeling is he’s been to some of them or has real insight on all the properties so he can really help you find the perfect one for you . Will 100% recommend booking with him he’s great

Derek helped us book a family vacation to Nassau this past winter. He was extremely attentive, thorough, and genuine. You can tell Derek really has a passion for what he does. He followed up before, during, and even after our trip, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We will definitely be using Derek again.

Okay… I totally get now why people use travel agents ?? Derek has planned multiple trips for us at this point and every single one has been incredible. The craziest part is I barely give him any info besides the dates and a rough idea of what we want, and somehow he handles the rest flawlessly every time. I was honestly hesitant to use a travel agent at first because I figured it would be more expensive or unnecessary… but his pricing consistently beat what I was finding myself online. Plus the amount of time and stress he saves is unreal. Fast responses, smooth planning, great recommendations, and zero headaches. If you’re on the fence about using a travel agent, this is your sign. Derek is the real deal!

Derek is fantastic! He originally help me and my family book a cruise and when a family emergency happened, he immediately went to work when I contacted him and was able to get everything sorted out timely and effectively. I was so happy with Derek’s level of service, when it came time to book our 2027 cruise, Derek was the obvious choice.

I remember being Derek’s first customer and even then he was knowledgeable, professional and went beyond to make sure that trip and every trip after has been what we needed. Never any issues and he hardly ever tells me NO!. Derek NEEDS to be YOUR travel guy!

I had been thinking of booking a family trip to Cabo to celebrate my wife’s birthday, but with a chaotic work schedule, it came together last minute. It was our first time, and we asked about a million questions about every last detail that most travel professionals would’ve brushed off with general robotic responses. Not Derek. He is so patient and so knowledgeable. He made calls to make sure that every amenity and activity that my family wanted to experience was available and directly linked us with contacts and bookings to give us an amazing first experience in Mexico. Our family is so grateful and we will never use another agent or service again, as it would be second tier at best, to Derek’s first class service all the way

Very knowledgeable and patient even with hick ups with members on the reservation. Booked now second trip after having an amazing experience with the first one. He always follows up and is very attentive.

I’ve been using Derek’s service for many years now, and will continue to do so. Derek is one of the kindest and most understanding travel agents I’ve ever used. His goal was to be as accommodating with us and our budgets as possible while giving us the best possible experience. I’ve referred many people to him and everyone loved using him for their travel needs. Many thanks my friend for always being there for us when in need!

Derek is fantastic to work with, he’s always super knowledgeable about resorts and trips and always has excellent recommendations. I haven’t had a trip where he wasn’t able to beat everyone as far as pricing. Definitely recommend reaching out to him with all travel needs!

Derek has been excellent to work with from Day 1. He has made each travel planning process smooth, easy, and stress-free. We appreciate how accessible he is whenever questions or issues arise, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to his clients really stand out. We would highly recommend Derek to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated luxury travel agent.

I used to be the travel guy for my entire family but not anymore! Derek has made all of my family and solo travels a breeze from start to finish. All I have to do is tell him what I'm thinking and he takes care of the rest! Fully recommend 10 outta 10!

Derek was great to work with. He responds quickly, is knowledgeable, and can access great perks better than what is publicly offered. I will definitely be using him again on future trips.

Derek was great with helping with all our travel needs to Italy and Sardinia from start to finish. From booking flights, hotels and rental cars Derek was very thorough with every detail and got us perks that weren't available by booking on our own. Will definitely be working with Derek again!

I really enjoyed working with Derek for our honeymoon. He made the whole process completely stress-free at a time when we were in total panic. We had to cancel and completely reschedule our plans at the last minute due to travel concerns in Dubai, and Derek handled everything seamlessly , got us a new booking and made sure it was even better than the original. He’s genuinely always looking out for you, pays attention to every detail, and is super responsive any time of day or night. We had an amazing honeymoon thanks to him! Highly recommend

My style of travel booking is somewhat chaotic and let’s throw something out there and see what sticks. This was my first trip booked with Derek and his team. He had the normal leading questions of budget , what I want to do and so on to all of which I basically said “these are the cities, this is my style of travel any my expectations.. show me the options and we go from there”. He immediately hit me with multiple options all within my style of travel and from there it was a go. His recommendations led us to some of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and to some of the best experiences I’ve had. Will be using and referring Derek from here on out. Derek was not your normal person who’s only present on the front in of things. He was consistently checking in at every leg of our trip and even after we got home to ensure we were happy and everything was going well. Him and his team are the best experience I’ve had with any TA. I vacation a lot and can say I am glad I found a Derek as him and his team were key in making this vacation one of the best and stress free I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys the best of the best when traveling

Had a quick trip to FL on the mind and after a few conversations with Derek he gave me a pile of great options with great views and beach access. Made planning so easy, had better rates than anything I could find and was able to throw in some perks! 10 out of 10 will book vacation thru him again!

Derek was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We contacted him with very little notice, only about a week before our vacation, and somehow he managed to put together an incredible trip for our family. He handled everything from our Universal Orlando stay at the Hard Rock Hotel to our Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas cruise, making what could have been a stressful last-minute planning process completely seamless. Traveling with a large family, including children and an elderly parent, comes with a lot of moving parts. Derek took care of the details, answered questions quickly, and helped us make decisions that significantly improved our experience. His recommendation to stay at Hard Rock gave us access to Unlimited Express Passes, which saved us countless hours in the parks and completely changed our Universal experience. Every part of the trip was organized, smooth, and exactly as promised. From hotel arrangements and park tickets to cruise planning and logistics, Derek was always available and responsive whenever we needed him. What impressed me most was that he treated our trip like it was his own. Even with such short notice, he never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. If you're looking for a travel advisor who genuinely cares, communicates well, and can make things happen even under tight timelines, I highly recommend Derek. This was one of the easiest vacations we've ever planned, and that's entirely due to his hard work and expertise. Thank you, Derek. We appreciate everything you did for our family

Derek created a memorable family vacation for us. He was very knowledgeable with where we were traveling and knew all the little details that made the vacation smooth and enjoyable. He was great at communication and following up along our trip to make sure we having a great time. No question I’m using Derek for all of our travel plans going forward! I cannot recommend him enough

5/5 experience with Derek when booking my wife's and I 10 year anniversary. He's very understanding, patient and knowledgeable. He made it super easy and stress free when I was looking to do a Grand tour in Spain. I could not imagine trying to pick the best hotel for each city.

Derek planned an absolutely amazing trip for my family and I across Europe. We went to London, Paris, Sorrento and Capri. He and his team made the process extremely smooth and easy. The hotels were all top notch and extremely convenient to every activity, restaurant and shopping area. They made connections a breeze with the flights, trains, boats and auto transportation to and from each destination. Our family will never forget the experiences and memories made and my kids have raved about how “this was the best vacation ever

Derek has helped my family plan multiple vacations along with our wedding, and every trip has been seamless from start to finish. He’s incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. Having someone you can trust with big trips takes so much stress off the process. I wouldn’t book with anyone else and highly recommend Derek to anyone planning their next vacation or special event.

Derek did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was always super quick to respond and helped me with everything from booking the cruise to flights to hotel! Highly recommended and will definitely be coming back to Derek again

Derek is #1. I booked with Derek multiple times and he always has better rates than Expedia. When I message Derek, he answers extremely quickly gives me a quote and all the options that I need. He can also suggest hotels around the area and help you with the actual planning. I will only book with Derek in the future! THANK YOU DEREK

Had an amazing experience on my family's first trip to Disney world! Thanks to Derek's due diligence, once we arrived, the rest was on autopilot. Definitely enjoyed every bit of disney world with 0 worries. 10/10 Would Recommend!

I have always booked travel myself, but used Derek to book my 7 day Alaskan cruise. I’ll be using him again in the future! He is always just a text away & provided great hotels that my searches didn’t provide. He is knowledgeable about cruises and helped me select the best one for my family. Thanks Derek!

Derek managed my cruise from start to finish last September with my parents. We went on Star of the Seas and had a fantastic time. He not only got us extra on board credit but also a dinner for 2. It was great having someone responsive to reach out to with questions. Thank you, Derek!

Derek is my secret weapon when traveling anywhere. Great communication, top-notch recommendations are top notch, and takes the stress off of planning family trips

Thank you Derek, promised my grandson a Trip to Yellowstone last summer until an accident delayed us till this year. Finally this year Derek was recommended, He put the journey together in a couple of days with an excellent location near the entrance to Teton National Park and proximity to Yellowstone. The only downside was the unexpected heat wave that had taken over according to locals. I recommend his services highly.

Had an amazing experience at Four Seasons Anguilla. Derek made the entire process as easy as possible with amazing benefits. Took all his suggestions and couldn't have had a better one year anniversary experience with my wife. Will absolutely use again for next trip!

Derek was amazing. He booked my family a yacht trip in Spain. He went above and beyond assuring we had the best possible options for our group. Transparent pricing, responsive, and highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Derek!

This was my first time using a travel agent and certainly won’t be my last! Derek helped us book an incredible hotel and gave outstanding dinner recommendations as well! I look forward to booking through him again; I genuinely don’t see myself traveling without him anymore!

Derek was awesome, worked over the top to get the trip booked and make sure the experience was incredible. Reached out before, during and after the trip to make sure it went smoothly. Will definitely work with again on our next trip, THANKS Derek!

Been a pleasure working with Derek on some trips!! Highly recommended!! Would have no problem referring to friends / family.

Derek makes traveling free, easy and enjoyable. All I had to do was give him my dates and preferences of where to stay and in no time he's giving me all the information I need to make a decision. Excellent services all the way around, every time

Derek has helped us book two cruises now and has officially become our go-to guy for all things travel! He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and makes the entire booking process incredibly easy. It’s so nice having someone we trust who can answer our questions, help us navigate all the options, and make sure everything is taken care of. We’ll definitely be using Derek for many more trips to come!

Derek has been my travel agent for all kinds of travel for my family, friends, and elderly parents, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough! He works around the clock for his clients and genuinely cares about their experiences. I’ve actually had to ask him if he ever sleeps because he is ALWAYS working! ?? He is incredibly patient, helpful, and resourceful. He has helped me with so many price matches, promotions, and other ways to save money. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he will go out of his way to find it and make sure you get the information you need. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about making sure everything goes smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Derek to anyone planning a trip!

Derek has a rare talent that goes far beyond simply finding an attractive hotel or negotiating a favorable rate. He listens carefully, understands how his clients prefer to travel, and seems able to visualize the experience that will best suit them. He knows that our family values spacious villas, exceptional views, private pools, and—particularly when traveling with our children—privacy between sleeping accommodations. Both trips he planned for us reflected those preferences perfectly. Derek has knocked it out of the park on both trips. He has consistently secured accommodations and benefits that represent remarkable value compared with what I had become accustomed to paying when booking through American Express Platinum Travel or other luxury travel advisors such as Virtuoso. At the time of our Canouan stay, our villa was pricing at approximately $46,000 for the week, already discounted from roughly $57,000. Through Derek and LuxRally, our accommodations were approximately $14,000 for the week. Those results speak to the strength of Derek’s relationships, his knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry, and LuxRally’s standing with many of the world’s finest hotels and resorts—especially the intimate luxury boutique properties our family prefers. Most importantly, Derek has earned our trust. He understands our family, anticipates what will matter to us, and consistently delivers experiences that feel thoughtfully selected rather than simply booked. For anyone looking for a luxury travel advisor with exceptional instincts, outstanding industry relationships, and a genuine ability to match a destination and property to a client’s personal style, I cannot recommend Derek Van Den Top and LuxRally Travel highly enough

Derek was so nice and helpful! He helped us find the best cruise deal and was incredibly attentive throughout the entire experience. He answered all of our questions, made sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend Derek!

Derek is absolutely great to work with and finds great deals for our vacations. If you thought a travel agent these days is not needed - think again. It's always a plus to have a real person to advise you and have in your corner if things go badly. I recommend working with Derek and LuxRally for your next trip!

Derek was a huge help in our trip to Cabo. Everything from A-Z it was all handled. All we had to do was show up to the airport. We have a few more trips planned with him coming up and we can’t wait to book more.

I’ve used a travel agent before and was disappointed. But Derek did not disappoint. Went on a 3 week trip and he was excellent through out the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services to everyone!

I needed flights and hotel from Maryland to Montego Bay Jamaica on short notice. I made one phone call to Derek and in a matter of minutes he had us booked. Our flight was on time and smooth. The transfer from the airport to the SHotel was seamless. The hotel was just what we needed. Locally owned and operated with all the amenities. We were able to conduct business and pleasure at a price that fits our budget. Derek kept in contact with us before, during and after our trip, making us feel special and appreciated. We already have a cruise booked for next month and we're excited to see whats next. Thanks Derek

Derek saved me a lot of money and also was very helpful in picking a hotel to stay in my desired destination!

Derek is amazing. Has helped me saved money on several occasions. His prices are better than what’s available to the public! He gives real reviews and recommendations based on his experiences (or clients if he hasn’t personally stayed there). He even helped with a last minute trip that was amazing! I cannot recommend Derek enough, I’ll continue to use him over trying to manage on my own!

Highly recommend LuxRally! I’m a frequent traveler, and I’m always comparing multiple websites, rates, loyalty programs, and my own hotel status to make sure I’m getting the best bang for my buck. Over just the past 1–2 months, I’ve spent close to $19,000 with LuxRally, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Not only has their pricing been extremely competitive, but the additional perks and benefits they’re able to offer can make the overall value significantly better than simply booking on your own. What I appreciate most is that there’s never any pressure. If I find a rate or option through my own resources, I’ll send it over to Derek. Instead of brushing it off or simply telling me, “Then book it directly,” he takes the time to look at it, explain the differences, compare the benefits, and help me understand which option actually provides the better value. Sometimes their option makes more sense, and sometimes booking another way might—but I appreciate the transparency and patience either way. Derrick has put a tremendous amount of time and effort into my reservations, answering questions, comparing options, and making sure everything is handled properly. That level of service goes a long way, especially for someone like me who tends to research every detail before booking. I’ll continue giving Derek and LuxRally the opportunity to bid on any of my future travel. They’ve earned my business, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who travels frequently or simply wants great pricing, added perks, and personalized service.

Derek assisted us with our dream cruise to Alaska! He chose the Celebrity Edge cruise ship which was amazing! He arranged the State Hotel in Seattle which was beautiful and not far from Pier 91. Thank you, Derek

I’ve never used a travel agent before until I found Derek. He helped us with our cruise vacation, took care of everything with price drops and upgrades without me having to call the cruise customer service at all and saved us money! We plan to use his services for our future vacations as well.
