Nalini was organized, professional, and really helped us have the best experience possible!
This was our first time going on a cruise, and Nalini made sure that we were well looked after. From the organizing process to being on the ship itself, we always felt that our thoughts and concerns mattered to her and she worked with us to create the experience we were looking for. She helped us stay on time to get to the cruise and was always around to talk to if we needed anything.
