Rachel walked us through the planning and preparation of our first international trip. She did a great job of listening to what we wanted to see and experience on our trip and curated a fantastic trip. We traveled with our teenagers and she did a great job of considering them in the planning process. Also, Rachel was fast to mediate an alternate private tour when our original tour was cancelled the night before. Plus, she made sure to communicate a refund from the original tour company. We really appreciated her knowledge in international travel. She was very helpful in explaining train/subway transportation, money exchange, security tips, etc to us before the trip. We will defintely use Rachel's expertise in planning our next international trip!

From hotel, flights, transportation to and from, the BEST boat day of our lives. Arranged for a birthday cake to be on the boat, and made sure we were good and comfortable while there! Rachel planned the best and most luxurious vacation for my family. She found a stunning villa for us in Jamaica that included a full staff (chef, butler, maids, & gardener). Rachel did ALL of the planning for us. Aside from organizing our stay and plane tickets, she reserved a VIP service which helped us breeze through an otherwise VERY busy customs. Rachel organized our trip to the house as well as our return trip to the airport, which made travel easy.

When I was first planning the trip, I had some pretty specific requests. We needed a place that would accommodate my parents who have mobility issues, a place where we would not need to cook, a place with a pool and oceanfront view, and a place where our children would enjoy themselves. Rachel took the challenge on and found us the best possible place. We will definitely be working with Rachel in the future for family trips! We are so grateful for her insight, efficiency, and availability. We had the BEST experience!

We booked a family cruise with Rachel and had to cancel due to my father being diagnosed with a terminal cancer. Rachel was so sweet and professional throughout the entire process. Booking went very smooth and she was very knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. Canceling was very hard for our family and Rachel made the process smooth and we were refunded our entire cruise expenses along with our excursions.

Rachel went above and beyond to help us not only schedule our cruise, but also to help cancel the trip when we had a family emergency.
