We planned our first adult DisneyWorld vacation and it was truly a wonderful experience. Elisa could not have been more helpful. We had not been to DisneyWorld in over ten years, and so needed lots of education on the latest ticketing and lightning lane procedures/options. Elisa went out of her way to explain things and provided helpful reminders when it was time to make restaurant reservations, lightning lane reservations, etc. She was also very helpful in getting the resort room reservation booked, as well as coordinating our daughter and son-in-law joining us for part of the trip. I would highly recommend Elisa!

This is my second time using Elisa for a Disney trip, and she’s phenomenal! This trip had some wrinkles (adding a second person to my cruise cabin after having already booked the trip, flight delays that messed with our airport shuttle time, etc.), and Elisa was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative, and sorted out any issue I had. She made it really easy to decide on accommodations for our accompanying Disney World trip following our Disney Cruise on the Wish, providing quotes for any properties we were interested in. She also sent out helpful reminders when the timing was available to book excursions and more. I’m looking forward to working with Elisa on any future trips!

Elisa did an amazing job helping us plan our Disney trip. The trip was better than expected! Elisa gave us great tips, feedback, and advice. She listened to all of the requests we had and made everything easy for us.

We are so glad we chose to work with a Disney agent and Elisa did a nice job. She booked our visits to Disney and Universal, offered clear guides on complicated processes like the app, dining reservations, lightning lanes, and even shared advice on rope drops and planning out days in specific parks. My only feedback would be on hotel recommendations and details, as it felt like we needed to do a bit of independent research to land on where to stay. A quick hit on each option available -- or even just easy links to review sites with galleries -- would have been extra helpful.

Elisa was extremely helpful, she answered all of my questions promptly and courteously, she helped us navigate to additions to our party plus an almost cancelation!
