Jesye planned our 10 year wedding anniversary trip to Italy. She was kind, easy to work with, a good listener, flexible, and efficient. It amazed me how quickly she responded to every message I sent- through text, email, or phone call. It didn’t matter the time of day or day of week. She was great at communicating and made the whole process of planning our vacation effortless. She was available for random small questions when I just wanted to pick her brain because of her experience and was always three steps ahead of me when I’d ask if we should consider something. For example, I asked what she would recommend to transport us from the airport to the hotel when we arrived because I didn’t want to stress about getting a ride in a foreign country with all our luggage after a long plane ride. She already had it organized and sent me all the info we needed a few days before the trip. She was good about sending reminders ahead of/on time. Something as simple as “don’t forget to check in to the airlines and download your boarding pass” was so appreciated. I highly recommend Jesye Brabson for your next trip.
