Our travel agent sent #1 surprise. #2 my husband loved the mashed potatoes, nothing fancy. #3 Quality of food and service were beyong expectations. We enjoyed the Windjammer and found kiosks of food choices in a clean, fresh and appealing environment. The Dining room choices were excellent from appetizer through dessert. I love escargot and the chefs did not disappoint. I could have eaten that every night, but I like variety so shrimp cocktail, and...was a great start to an excellent meal. In addition to a wide variety of American cuisine, the culinary team provided multi cultural choices i.e. Indian curries, Mongolian stews, Mexican cuisine and more. Breakfast was great.. A cruiser could make smart food choices and live by the mantra "Everything in Moderation" and still enjoy the small portioned desserts. Beyond those dining venues we really liked the convenience and variety of food at the Park Cafe on the 8th floor of the ship where we resided. There was a pizza parlor, Sorrento's, that others really liked, a nearby Starbucks where an included ship coffee, water and tea service setup could be accessed, and an adults only area had a restaurant, whirlpools, and pool. I did the zipline. It was fun, but too short. I enjoyed all 3 of the 2 story slides-- blue, yellow and toilet bowl as well as the whirlpools. I will never play Bingo or attend a port talk. Bingo was expensive and they cancelled later sessions for lack of interest---too few games, lots of BS, waste of time for 4 games, payouts too large to believe it was legit. Port talks were sales pitches for nothing. I went through the hassle at Cozumel, but only to buy clear vanilla. I walked through that area and got back on the ship. I skipped Costa Maya, but learned later from others it was a beggar and swindlers haven. More pre info on trams in Coco Cay would have been nice. I missed that because it was hidden behind palms & other stuff as we entered, and we saw as we left. Big disappointment!

We have had other cruises with other cruise directors. However, this trip was the most seamless and relaxing of all.

I wanted this cruise to be a special one for Carrie and it was. Jennifer helped us immensely through the planning and logistics of navigating the Royal Caribbean website, as well as getting our flight plans taken care of. From the beginning of the process we felt that Jennifer was not only our advisor, but a trusted friend. She was very professional, yet very friendly and extremely helpful answering any question we asked and providing helpful information on options to enhance our cruise. The traveling arrangements were smooth from leaving home to arriving back. We will be contacting Jennifer for all of our future travel plans.

Top notch! We will definitely use Jennifer to help plan our next trip. Jennifer sent me a guide of what to do to prepare for my trip like bring a cooling cloth for Florida in the summer. Remember a rain poncho. The rain showers are quick, lots of people leave and then the park and lines are less crowded.

Jennifer was AMAZING! She was very good with communication from the very beginning, throughout the month leading up to the trip, during the trip, and post trip! She was able to schedule a phone call with us to really get an idea about what we were looking to do during our honeymoon. We loved the options she gave us which made it difficult ( in a good way) to decide which trip to take!! During the trip, we had to cancel an excursion and she was right on top of it within 30 minutes of me messaging her. Overall, Jennifer helped us plan a flawless, fun, and memorable week full of adventures, private transfers, and great locations for our honeymoon in Costa Rica!

Jennifer was amazing to work with! As someone who was new to booking a Disney vacation we were very much overwhelmed. She answered all our questions and when she didn't know the answer was able to research it and get back to us almost immediately. She also did an amazing job of keeping us on track and booking things that needed to be done before our vacation started.

Jennifer did all the hard work for us! She was patient and flexible with us from the very beginning, as she looked up various destinations and dates. She thought of everything beforehand and was always three steps ahead of me with answers to my questions. We had never used a travel agent before, and we were very impressed with her planning abilities!

This was the easiest trip to plan and Jennifer is amazing!! I was so excited to take a step back and let her take care of us for our trip. I may be losing my title as family planner for good and I am so ok with it!
