We had the best trip to Cancun with the help of Donna! Our family had never been out of the country or to an all-inclusive resort. Donna helped us navigate it all and for a great price! We will definitely use her services again!

The Sandals resort was amazing! There was a free shuttle to another Sandals resort only 10 minutes away that we could also enjoy the full benefits of. Water sports were so much fun! The rooms were modern and elegant with breathtaking ocean views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the amenities were top-tier—two large pools, the private beach access, and daily activities from bingo to dance lessons. We had an unbelievably great time at Disney World. We were traveling with another family and they were using Donna as a travel agent. We decided to work with Donna as well. Donna has been great to work with! We have no booked 3 different vacations with her and each time I am amazed at how smoothly and perfect these trips have went! The latest trip we went on we had to change our connecting flight due to a hurricane and Donna stepped in that day and within a couple of hours we had our flights switched with no additional fees or costs. Donna handled everything for us!! Also her attention to detail when giving directions on what to expect at airports, customs, lounges etc is the best! Because of her we usually aged tons of time when it comes to being prepared for each trip.

Three years ago we had to cancel a trip to Yosemite due to the fires. Decided to try again this year so I called Donna. She already had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to do on this trip - fly into San Francisco and spend a few days and then off to Yosemite and Sequoia. Donna helped arrange all that we asked her to - flights, lodging, tours, car rental and tours. We had another terrific trip planned but Mother Nature stepped in again - this time with flooding from snow melt. But Donna saw us through it this time and it was an amazing trip. Donna made herself available for questions and got the answers in a timely fashion. Donna was great to work with!

Working with Donna from start to finish was an easy, pleasant experience. We were a group of 4 couples wanting to go to someplace tropical in January. Donna found 3-4 choices for us to consider.
We decided on the Jamaica Couples Tower Isle all inclusive resort. Our early AM flight out of Louisville was delayed so we were going to miss our connecting flight to Jamaica. Donna was immediately available and rebooked our connecting flight making our trip stress free.
The Couples Tower Isle was a perfect place for our group. The resort hosted many sponsored excursions that were available to sign up for. The weather was beautiful, not too hot, not too cold, awesome sunrises and sunsets. All the staff were very pleasant to work with.

This summer when our youngest graduated from high school - we knew we wanted to plan a vacation our 3 sons (ages 19, 22 and 25) would all love. I thought a cruise would have something for all of us, including the boys' aunt (my sister in law) and their 85 year old grandma who skeptically agreed to come with us along with us. I must confess, I still haven't lived down one bad hotel selection on a Grand Canyon trip 10 years ago:) I was already feeling some pressure to get this vacation right and I wasn't even sure where to start. Thank goodness we found Donna!! There is no possible way I could have managed the logistics of this without her! She found us several great options that worked in our crazy schedule and once we selected the cruise, her expertise in booking the staterooms and extras made the trip so enjoyable for all! I'm not sure where we are going next, but I look forward to working with her again!
