Cassie is by far the best travel agent I have ever worked with! She knows all of the ins and outs and always gives great advice when she helps organize our trips. She is extremely patient and knowledgable and goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend contacting Cassie for all of your travel planning. She is five star plus!

We had a great time at Yellowstone. Cassie recommended places to go in Jackson Hole, and set up tours outside of the park. Our travel plans had to change due to an illness in the family and she was able to change dates and tours with no issues. We can't wait to go back!

I have been to different countries in Europe, and this has been one of the best trips I’ve had. Ms. Werner was a great organizer. All our excursions were done on time. She was also very attentive to each one of us. We had couple friends who couldn’t walk for too long, but Ms. Werner made sure they still had fun.

Cassie did a great job planning a trip to Spain for The Association of Two Toledos. The members had a lot of different ideas and she was very patient and creative in putting together a plan that suited our diverse and sometimes changing preferences. The end result was a most enjoyable experience with an efficient and rewarding tour of southern Spain and plenty of time to savor our sister city of Toledo at the end.

We used Cassie to plan a Disney trip and cruise vacation for us. She had so much knowledge for both our trips. We had never done a cruise and felt so prepared going into it after getting all her advice and tips! Cassie helped us plan a trip to Alaska on Celebrity. Part of the planning included how to get to the airport in Anchorage from Seward. Cassie suggested taking the train, and it was fantastic! While the cruise was beautiful and fun the train was really unique. I am so glad she suggested it. We ended the vacation in a unique way. I appreciated her suggestions and I information.

Excellent and detailed research and suggestions

She booked a cruise for a girls trip. She gave me different price point options and itineraries. She followed up, but didn’t pester me to make a decision. We have our cruise booked for Feb 23. She has been helpful in finding excursions and making suggestions on items Royal offers.
