Our family are seasoned travelers, and we have been to over 30 countries. Despite this experience, this is my first time working with a travel agent. I could not be more effusive about Tonya - she was attentive to our needs, flexible with the itinerary, and customized it to a "t!" As a result, I have my entire trip in one place, all tours, transportation, and accommodation is booked, and I didn't lift a finger. Beyond stoked to go on this adventure thanks to Tonya.

Spectacular family vacation!

Tonya did a spectacular job planning our family vacation in Hawaii. She listened to our requests and provided excellent ideas on where to stay and what to do. The Turtle Bay Resort was truly wonderful and we wouldn't have found it on our own! Tonya was attentive to every detail—big and small—and made everything easy and enjoyable. We felt like we could truly relax and enjoy our vacation because Tonya had anticipated and planned for every possibility. She even worked with Turtle Bay to add some extras that made our time there even more enjoyable. Tonya is simply the best!

First time visitors to Disneyland/California Adventure as adults and not a clue about what to do! We had a single day to make the most of our time there, and Tonya came through with the best tips on must-do rides, utilizing the app to our best advantage, spending more time enjoying what the park(s) had to offer without standing in line all day, and where to be when for the best park experiences throughout the day. Not to mention, she checked in with us during our time there and was available if we had any questions. Now that Tonya's expanded her offerings and we have more time to plan things (ha!) she's absolutely our go-to.

Amazing Walt Disney World Vacation!!!

First of all, this is not our first time booking Walt Disney World with Tonya. She's pretty awesome. She's helped us come up with resort ideas, helped us book park and restaurant reservations, and even call guest services for us to get refunds, ask questions, or make changes. She was even up at 5am to help book restaurant reservations. She made this entire Google doc just for our trip with helpful hints, reminders, planning, reservation numbers, even our Mears transfer info that she booked for us! And we loved the messages about youtube videos to watch to help explain things like Disney Genie+. Tonya was great! Now she's helping us plan our next Disney non-park trip!!!

Family Trip To Disney World 2019

Tonya was the reason my family’s 2019 Disney trip during Christmas week 2019 was such a success. We delayed this trip for 2 years after we heard Disney was going to open Galaxy’s Edge but there was so much, they were adding that I did not think we could do everything we wanted to do with the time we were going to be there.
I gave Tonya a list of events my family wanted to attend, a list of restaurants we wanted to visit and a list of resorts we wanted to stay and told here what our budget was. She took it from there. She produced a few options for my family to decide on. Once we picked certain things, Tonya made all the other reservations for us from dining to light saber and droid building. When we needed to make a few revisions, she made the changes/updates/cancellations with no issues.
She was instrumental in making that trip the magical time it was for me and my family. I could not thank her enough. My family and I will be using her again for our next trip.

The Perfect Disney Trip!!

Tonya helped us plan a Disney World trip for January 2023 and she was amazing! It can be so overwhelming to know where to start but she helped us pick out which parks for which day, what rides or shows we might be interested in and most importantly how to use Genie+ and Lightening Lanes, which turned out to be the key to our trip! Having the right strategy for Genie+ usage meant that we rode everything we wanted to ride (sometimes twice), we saw every show and visited every park on our 5-day trip. We had the best time and all the stress of planning and trying to figure out how to maximize Disney was taken off our shoulders because of Tonya. She helped us pick the right hotel, got us started with an itinerary, sent us a helpful packing list, checked on us the whole time we were there with tips and updates and was so patient with the millions of questions we threw at her. If you are planning a trip to Disney at any time of the year you must reach out to Tonya and use her services!
