When we moved our date out two months, Emily was incredibly patient and helpful with the change. I know she works with other clients at the same time, but we always felt like top priority. We loved working with Emily on our Disney trip! She helped explain the confusing new Genie App and helped us add in a person who wasn't staying with us the full trip. She knew how to handle each situation we threw at her timely and correctly! She even helped us while we were at epcot in the middle of a crazy storm that wouldn't let up- we were stranded in the bathrooms and couldn't find a crew member around us, but Emily answered our call and helped us navigate what to do.

Emily curated a much needed friends vacation for 6 of us total. Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya was the absolute best hotel Emily could recommend. We upgraded to resort view swim outs and our group enjoyed them thoroughly. The food was some of the best we ever had at an all inclusive resort. This adults only resort has upgraded alcohol options and they are not afraid to pour hard. The staff takes their time to know you and even had drinks and appetizers waiting for us nightly. Emily was available for any and all questions but the only thing we did was send her amazing pictures from the trip.

Emily went above and beyond for our anniversary trip to Riviera Maya! When our flight was delayed and eventually cancelled which resulted in us arriving one day late, Emily was able to work out an additional day, at NO cost to us, at our resort. Emily booked our trip to Harry Potter @ Universal Orlando we just completed yesterday. We stayed at Hard Rock Hotel and absolutely loved the convenience of being within walking and easy boat taxi back and forth to all Universal activities. Had a blast at all the HP activities and more!
