Madison was great to work with from the get-go. Efficient and communicative. She answered all of our questions and helped navigate us through any bumps in planning. Even when our family member decided to join us a few months before the trip, Madison was able to add them in seamlessly so we could surprise our kids! Madison went above and beyond to make this trip as easy as possible! She was kind enough to answer questions during her off hours; questions I never considered before we left home. I was at ease the entire time because I felt she cared about us. On our final day, we decided we were ready to come home a day early. Madison made that happen in a matter of minutes! What a rockstar!
