Cheryl attention to detail is stellar. She’s friendly, very down to earth, approachable, AND professional. I’d seen her YouTube Vlog of the new Explora Journeys II cruise ship, & was intrigued to try out this entry-level luxury line. When she announced her plan for a group cruise, I jumped on immediately. The ship, our group AND Cheryl were all fabulous! Cheryl had scheduled group Zoom meetings prior to our trip. & also planned group activities, dinners, & excursions, which allowed us to connect well as a group. However, if anyone wanted to just ‘chill’ alone at times, this was fine also. Thanks to Cheryl, everything went very smoothly, & I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend using her services!

She prepared materials with information about each place the cruise stopped. I found this to be extremely helpful!
