Very responsive and knowledgeable!

I am new to traveling alone/not in a group and especially new to resort travel. My boyfriend and I are a young couple and we both work full time, we wanted some quality time off. I was nervous about setting everything up on my own, when I was searching by myself, I felt overwhelmed. I was recommended to Kary through my boyfriend's mom, and she was incredibly helpful. Kary works with you and helps you figure out exactly what you're looking for. She explained the process well, was thorough and open to answering all of our questions. She answered messages promptly, and explained good dates and times for travel. Kary was very understanding to our situation and gave us a lot of affordable, yet quality options. She was very reassuring throughout the whole process and respectful of our time and money, even with my boyfriend and I being a young couple(not the usual clients of a resort setting). She figured out all of the payments, and even split the cost so my boyfriend and I could pay half and half. She made sure to check in with us before and during the trip to confirm we were ready for everything, setting up e-tickets, etc. My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful trip, we didn't want to leave! The resort was even better than we imagined! Upon our return, she sent an email regarding how our trip went, and seemed genuinely interested in how it went for us.
