Everything was planned well except the airlines. Abby should have suggest upgrade options on seats to make the trip more comfortable. Also should have included baggage fee: I had to pay for bags? I am a long time AA traveler with a million plus miles. Used to traveling with them. I have never had more uncomfortable seats nor paid for bags. In her rush to get me booked she skipped options. Otherwise: a great trip.

Truly a great vacation planner. Great Amtrak pl;anner Easily available on the phone if you have any issues. Great trips. Some excursions were unexplained cancelled and money proptly refunded. Wish Avoya would have rescheduled alternative excursions instead of leaving it up to me. Some, not all hotels, try to push amenity fees when you check out. Should be clearly spelled out when trip is booked. Avoya Travel assured me they will get me credited back, but this should not happened in the first place.

They helped me book a tour with Collette Travel. It was a crunch time because Collette was offering a sale that closed very soon.

I have never been disapointed with a trip I have booked with you.

That subject may not come up in conversation, but I was pleased with our service.

She is so easy to work with and she took care of everything, including answering my 'not-so-intelligent' questions, and following up to make sure I was on track with all the required registrations on the tour company's website. We went on a cruise with extended family including Grandma at age 90 to junior, age 25.
