The qualities that Jason demonstrated as we worked through the details of our "trip of a lifetime" are those that every agent should possess. From the start Jason was exceedingly patient with us. We were all in on taking a cruise but not sure where to go. He talked us through the features and benefits (and the pitfalls) of various cruises before we settled on a 14 day NCL cruise from San Antonio, Chile to Buenos Aires, Argentina. Jason talked us through each detail of the featured cruise package to assure us that we were getting the best value for the money . Remarkably, he secured a family suite with fantastic amenities for a lower cost than a balcony cabin. He fielded our every question attentively and with good humor, answering immediately what he could and contacting us quickly with answers that required research. Great communication from the very first contact. Follow-up was always quick and Jason provided all the requested information and then some. He was professional and honest; he was not afraid to said "I do not know when he didn't but find out for you." That is something you do not hear very often from someone that is selling you a service.
