Hi there! I’m Sandy Roberts - wife, mother, grandmother, and travel enthusiast. I have dreamed of traveling the world since I was a little girl. It all began as a child, when my dad would give us an hour to pack and then tell us to “hop in the car.” When asked where we were going, he would simply say, “We’re going to follow the hood."

'Following the hood' of the car led to many adventures, and over the years, I have logged thousands of road trip miles. I still love a good, spontaneous road trip, but now I also love to catch a plane, hop on a train, or board a ship and see where it takes me. I love the sights and smells of a new city. I love to experience the people, culture, and food of a newly visited country. I love everything from escorted tours to letting Google Maps be my guide. From iconic tourist locations to roads less traveled, I relish in the history and am enlightened by the world perspective I have gained.
