Our first cruise

Jennifer made it easy for us to book for our first time cruise. We had lots of questions and uncertainties but she made it all disappear with her guidance and expertise.
Because we never have been on a cruise ship, Jennifer shared her knowledge from what to expect when you are on this level of the ship. This helped us choose our room location. She helped look for flights and bus transfers. All in all, the booking experience was not stressful as I first thought. All because Jennifer was very friendly to talk to and she knows what to do.

From beginning, during and after she helped a lot. I decided to book on a Sunday after 9pm and she was with me through the whole process, knowledgeable , patient and very helpful. She did her research, informed of rules, insurance and booked all we needed. In the middle of the trip I wanted to add a friend to 1/2 of my trip and Jennifer called the hotel, found out about resort fees, rules, reserved flights and took care of everything for us. We had an enjoyable and peaceful trip because of her.
